If you're talking about a Sifa alarm and not acknowledging it within the time frame of about 3-4 seconds you'll get a penalty brake. If this is what you are referring to it's the safety system applying the brakes. All you have to do it turn the throttle off, put the reverser to neutral, acknowledge Sifa and then you should be good to go by putting the reverser to forward and applying throttle. You might be able to just put the throttle to zero, acknowledge Sifa; "Q" and apply throttle again.
Let's hope Dovetail actually does something about it. There aren't enough people talking about it so unfortunately it seems unlikely. Not to mention, anything in TSW4 that's broken or bugged will not be fixed since they made the explicit announcement that after the release of TSW5, 4 will no longer be receiving updates. But at least if it's in 5 maybe it will actually get fixed. 🤞
@@spektra13gaming they’re actually working on the issue at the moment, I asked them about the estimated time of when it’ll be fixed or when the patch update gets released. It might be awhile since they are working on updates on TSW5 now. But hopefully they can fix it soon.
@@williampompa9373 Hope is all we have because this was broken in TSW4 well before TSW5 was released. It was in the patch notes and was subsequently removed from the patch notes. So, who knows what will happen to be honest.

My advice for all players who are stuck with this scenario, move on to the next and hopefully they will have it restored and fixed whenever possible. Which I don’t know when, but hopefully they will fix this problem eventually when possible.
Yeah, I feel for you, my dad has pretty much stopped playing on XB but sadly until DTG figures out how to fix it there's nothing we can do about it. Console or PC.

i have this bug last day and waitet almost 1h to turn into green
It really is a shame that this is still not fixed.
I have reported the bug to the developers. I am waiting for their response at this time.
