Very clean setup. My only “critique” is the tourniquet time strap. Keep it “open” instead of closed as you have it in the video-that way when you apply it, especially if it’s to yourself, then you won’t have to release the windlass or fumble with it to open up the strap. I get it, it looks clean and professional but it definitely will hamper patient care or self aid.
Just a suggestion, maybe you should have your TQ "Pre Staged" with the time cover off to the side.

Uugghh . We use basket weave also . God bless Safariland . Just an FYI but I love em , Esstac has had basket weave Kywi double & triple mag pouches out for months now ‼️ I am not a fan of closed top mag pouches & had been using the Safariland "slimline" double mag pouch for years over our issued closed top . The problem with the "slimline" mag pouches is that the bullets face forward instead of towards the buckle . I've done thousands of dry fire draws,reloads, presentation, trigger pull,etc. & I still couldn't get as fast as I was with my HSGI Tacos or Esstac Kywi I run on my 2 personal belts . That REALLY bothered me & I searched for over 2yrs for a decent double mag pouch in basket weave 🤦🏻♂️. I'd find one & research it to find something was out of spec for the Sam Brown . The Esstac basket weave Kywi comes with a 1.75" belt attachment but with some elbow grease will fit the Sam Brown . Great video ‼️ I so wish we could use a molle carrier either stand alone or in conjunction with our Point Blank soft concealed carrier but nooooo . Stay safe and God bless

Very nice set up sir. I have the Safelife 3a enhanced as well and love it. I'm impressed to see you using a Trancend body cam. I run the DPB60 with a headset for point of view because Axon did away with the Oakley mount for the flex system. Did you know you can run the charging cable to a phone bank as an auxiliary battery to incease your runtime? I use a duel compartment molle phone case and run my cam off a bank in one of the compartments. It gives me an easy 20 hours on my cam for the times I'm on a double. I never actually seen anyone rocking the JPX before tho it definitely is beneficial when outdoors and wind is a concern. I miss my X26, the X2 was nerfed and has a substantial failure rate. I went back to a baton canted at the 10 o'clock. So I trashed the asp and upgraded to 29' electroless nickle RCB. It's far more effective than the asp and the looks I get when it's deployed are a gas lol.

Great video and duty belt set up! SWEET! BUT WAY TO MUCH! I got Autherits in my back from wearing my duty belt for 20 years. I have heal spears to from walking the beat! Lol. We use TATICAL vests now. I put some of my equipment on my vest. It helps big time. We carry tasers and TQs now. All I had was right side key holder, oc spray pouch, holster, hand cuffs and glove pouch. On the left I have my mag pouch, Gerber tool, flash ligh, ASP BATON and my radio. But my radio is on my vest, TQ, taser and 2 soft Ar-15 pouches.
We run the same exact holster . Which RMR did you go with ? I run the RMR rm7 on my 19 with a tlr1hl and have a (not duty approved) Holosun 509t direct milled to my G45 with x300u b . I like having a bit bigger of a dot and absolutely love the RMR but the 509t is quickly becoming my favorite pistol rds .
I suggest blue gloves so you can see in the night if the person is actuall bleeding
What holster do you prefer for a gen 5 glock 22 with tlr-1hl can’t seem to find one for work
Do you run the side panels in your vest?I have the same vest and find that the vest fits better without the side panels.
What kind of body cam is that? Did I miss it?
I work by self to, I’m a Protective Services officer. And I carry two guns. Never know what you going run in to every day. Just safety first.
