She even became a Gladiator briefly ‘Blaze’ in one of the Live Show Events before becoming a film Stunt Woman working alongside the likes of Famke Janssen and Angelina Jolie!
I never knew all of these years ago that Jet had been off Gladiators after four years. After I found that out, I found it really saddening. I was really crying so much after hearing about Jet no longer being on the show because she was my favourite female Gladiator.
Crazy to think that Eunice went from Gladiators, to being best friends with Angelina Jolie and god mother to her child all from her stunt woman career.
LOL Nightshade quite often hit contenders after they had already lost or after the bell then proper kicked off when it happened to her when she lost in International Gladiators. I liked her but that was a bit hypocritical to get that angry when she did it herself.
21:18 Seems like almost every version of Gladiators had a Guile-from-Street Fighter 2-lookalike, didn't they????? UK had Warrior, America had Hawk, and Australia had Tower!!!!!!
I'm not too keen on all that talk of the men getting each other off on duel! 😂 I also can't imagine a woman being called a "loony tart" on TV nowadays 😂
I wish they paired up the men differently. I think they wanted the highest ranked men to face off in the final without realizing that Matt actually had a bigger upside than Phil Cambell and he only got eliminated earlier because he faced Paul Field earlier. Either way Andrew vs Matt should have been the final here for me, Either way, this was a day where everything went right for Eunice. Sadly, that wouldn't be the case for her the next time.
Shame Paul Feild and Sam Koojo (excuse spelling) couldn't had represented UK instead of Phil Campbell and Matt Beck. Perhaps Phil couldn't get anymore time of work or was busy preparing for bobsleigh competition's He didn't seem to want any involvement in competition again after his unlucky defeat against 2 Scoops. Even the final UK champion series in 1999, I thought he would be 1st choice. But Sam must had been fully recovered from that unfortunate Powerball injury by now. It would had been good for him to compete in this. Could had been a whole different outcome.
In the UK we actually had a separate gamemode called Joust; it was similar to Duel, but shorter pujil (excuse my spelling) sticks and they were on their knees on moving horses similar to rotating bulls instead of the podiums.
It was probably one of many errors in the Australian series' graphics. They did this more than once with the scoreboard by mixing up the scores. And in the first series Grand Final, during Hang Tough, they shown the comparison stats between Teresa Brett (the series runner up) and Blade (who Teresa was facing), but they used an image of Bernadette "Bernie" Withers (the series champion) by mistake (they used the correct image when comparing Bernie and Fury's stats though).
I wonder how they decide which Gladiators go out for Powerball in these head-to-head international competitions. In the ladies, we have two Aussies (Delta & Storm) and a Brit (Lightning), and in the gents, we have two Brits (Rhino & Warrior) and an Aussie (Vulcan). Maybe they put two people against who they deem is the stronger contender (Eunice for the ladies, Andrew for the gents). Then again, maybe it's a random draw.
Tubewings It is interesting alright, who decided on what. They seemed to try make it as fair as possible for each country. As you would know in uk series 7 it was 2 glads only on Powerball who both add a 1 on 1 against a contender. I personally preferred 3 glads myself. But for these Ashes shows it would had been more fair if they had did it that way also. Like in Springbbok challenge.... Then again in this show all the gladiators in Powerball where allowed to tackle contenders from their own country.

Nellie shouldn't have been here - why would you pick someone that had just broken their ankle?! I don't know the full story as to why other women weren't available but this is ridiculous.
Another awesome showing from Eunice! Such an outstanding contender!

The female Australian host is the archetypal beautiful Australian woman
Vogue and Jet were always my faves but Delta might have the most incredible of all of them!

26:20 See Warrior would never have got away with that comment these days! Everyone would have been offended! lol
Against the Lady of the Night.... Nightshade.... That sounds like she's a working red light district girl.
Eunice Huthart is Royalty she is truly the GOAT
35:23 Never seen that kind of ferocious competitive fire in Jet's face before. :O
As it was in Australia, Jet was playing the villain for once. She mentioned she was told to act meaner for the show.
Wonder what the Aussies made of Jet without all her "baggage" of being the UK favourite
In the Australian version they cut most of Matt’s flirting with Kimberley lol
what prudes!
2:18 I've never really appreciated Eunice's beautiful smile before today. Forget being a stunt woman, she should've been the star! :(
Yes, she's good looking... until she speaks lol
@@josephd.2725 I was born in Liverpool, too.

John Sachs: The Australian pugil sticks HUGE by British standards!
Me: As are the Australian Gauntlet power pads.
You horny man!

Would like to have seen Phil Norman in this one
Andrew looks like Bo Dallas.
Eunice Huthart gave up being a Glad in order to enter the Ashes comp.
and is now best friend's with Angelina Jolie and god mother to her child.
Nothing more pleasing than watching Nightshade beat the hell out of folks on duel.
I know everyone was nuts over Jet, but my god Lightning was smoking!
Nellie is a cuuutie...!
Duel was known as Joust here in America.
In the UK we actually had a separate gamemode called Joust; it was similar to Duel, but shorter pujil (excuse my spelling) sticks and they were on their knees on moving horses similar to rotating bulls instead of the podiums.
@@sothewalrusI remember that.
7:24 John's voice cracked a bit, there.
Shes 63 now & i think judy is an MBE
38:47 Awwwww, Andrew might've beaten Richard "The Iron Man of Darwen's" Wall speed record. :(
Are we not going to discuss 31:30 🤣
Matt could be a gladiator
Saturday 6th January 1996
Eunice was actually 28, and I think that Vulcan was either 30 or 31 according to the UK website Gladiators.tv

Andrew and Matt were pretty equal.
Hammer didn't play any games...either something changed or he was a reserve that insisted on running out.
More Gladiators gameshow on you tube please and when is gladiators gameshow back on challenge and I am missing this programme 😢

Nice
26:10 WARRIORS!!!!!!! COME OUT TO PLAY-YAY!!!!!!!!!!!
I was half expecting Eunice to be disqualified on Duel, because it really didn't look like she attacked enough.
Well the gane of duel is about attacking
Nellie shouldn't have been here - why would you pick someone that had just broken their ankle?! I don't know the full story as to why other women weren't available but this is ridiculous.
Phil Norman would've spanked this Aussie dude.
"The Ashes", to put things right! So unoriginal, so cheesy, so cringe... but totally awesome! HAAWOOGA!!
