    Love it bro. Finish off with a simple mug cake or protein brownie batter for those last 300 cals and another 25-30 G protein

    First recipe was very creative and looked super tasty! Definitely have to try that one out!
    For the second recipe I really really dislike prawns, but seems like it would work well with beef, turkey or chicken too.
    Third one also looks banging, but I think the first one was the most appealing to me mostly because of how creative it is.
    Great video as always! Also, I see that Spain tan coming along nicely haha

    I have had these 3 meals two days in a row... can't get enough of them! I have to say though that the Bang Bang Spaghetti recipe is unreal. I actually use chicken in mine. It is soooooo good. I will have these meals a good bit more. Quality stuff!

    It's a good thing I usually watch your videos while I make dinner. Otherwise I think I would be eating extra meals. Everything looks so tasty. Definitely not the old fashioned Chicken, Rice, Broccoli.

    Thanks for the video! I am cutting on about the same calories now. I actually do a can of tuna, light Hellman’s mayo (35 calories) and chopped carrots. It’s actual a hood combo of protein, food volume and carrots just seem to make you feel better. Stan Efferding talks a lot about them for health. 5’8 147lbs today, pretty shredded now! But as a natty it’s always a struggle not to get worn out while cutting or to get too skinny. The meals help as examples. Thank you!

    Awesome food ideas! That Cheeseburger Omlette looks bananas! Same with the Bang Bang Prawn Spaghetti! I'd eat that if I wasn't allergic to Shrimp. Maybe I can do it with Chicken? Anyways, incredible video!💪

    Have you tried intermittent fasting? Since I started doing it I have so much freedom on eating the foods I really like, feeling satisfied and not worry about sparing calories... And more importantly I keep making gains... the only downside is that I feel a little sleepy during my workouts because I train after my first meal and might not be optimal, also I'm lean, so at the moment I might stop fasting because of that.

      I train fasted. I actually enjoy it! I train at 5am because I work 8-4 and my meals are from 10am-6pm. Works for me.

    Hey man, some more great ideas here. Quick question, I'm trying to lose weight and have enjoyed success on low-carb (1800cal per day, max 85g of carbs), going to try taking your advice and worry less about macros and focus mostly on the calorie intake. That said, I see you often use things like fat-free yoghurt and Halo Top ice cream - do you have a max limit on the /g of sugar intake per day? When it comes to weight loss, as long as calories are fine and you don't care about your teeth, how bad is sugar?

    liked the looks of that bang bang recipe for sure. looks like your happy & doing well in Spain finding foods you like to make delish food. I'm on the mend now from my gallbladder surgery on May 12th & my wrist is doing better every day since I broke it in Oct 2021. I'm hoping this summer to get back into my weight routine and making some of your good tasting meals I've been seeing on your videos. I made some beef strogonoff this week with skirt steak,sweet onions,mushrooms, beef broth,gerkin pickles, sour cream mixed with tomato paste and served over egg noodles it was so good.Hope this gives you some ideas to experiment with.😊💪👍

      Won't happen after one day of a calorie deficit. Same if you have a large calorie surplus
