Bro nice content, Im literally in exactly the same situation as u. Im also think sacrifice the abs for more gains and just look nice year round in a top/jumper/sweatshirt… Jeans also of course. My partner has told me to deffo go for the lean bulk. So im thinkin to just go all in and dedicate to a new me and a new physique! Id even so much as like to lean bulk for a long time and stay at a decent BF% with healthy calories to play with. I would say bulk to u too.
I use exactly the same strategy as you. I eat 200kcal below my maintenance during the week, and then enjoy eating/drinking more on the weekend. Works well
I would love to see a bulking on your channel, it would be something different (almost all channels doing cutting). So it would be interesting to see your day eating and training to gain mass. 💪💪
I'm back in a cut and will definitely give the egg whites in the oats a try. Looking to lose another 15 pounds by the end of the year. 105 pounds down so far 🤙🏿💪🏾
Hey mate, Last week I tried to start bulking but backed out bc ✨body dysmorphia ✨ so would be great to see someone show us how to do it the right way 🤙🤙
I really liked the tuna pasta dish for summer here is upon us in WA state USA. I think bulking up is a good idea for some people because like my husband for example looks better with more weight than less due to his build of 5'6" broad shoulders and thick muscles. His face also would look shallow with a low weight. He looks great at 175 -180lbs. Our son on the other hand is lean on the top , long waisted and has thick thighs on the bottom like both of us so he looks good at 5'6" and 142lbs. So you see my husband and son have two completely different builds so I think it affects what looks good on them. I hope this helps you.😊💪👍
In the past you've stated you are happy with your physique so you could maintain. The inverse is you can create a new bulking series followed by a shredding series 🙂
I´m so definetly going to try that tuna dinner , that dressins looks killer, I´m not into body building, but I do KickBoxing at least twice week (if there are no injuries bugging me around) and all of your recipes have helpmed me a lot understanding how to stay better fed so I don´t feel like Dying mid-class, thanks a lot and now that you are in Spain, is 10 Times easier for me to get your recipes, hahaha
Currently €37.49 for 6X1L bottles on bulkpowders.ie 👍 free range a little more expensive. In supermarkets (in Ireland anyway), 500ml bottles are €5. So for 6L, you’d be paying €60. And the supermarket ones typically go out of date in like a week max. Bulk is much better value.
@@jclarkefitness Holy molly, I am stoked you replied, keep up the good work man, your 1800, 1900 calorie videos helped me so much, still it says 47.24 for me in this website, its cheaper with 76 cents total if I just bought them from my grocery store here in Netherlands.
You must have a phenomenal metabolism.. i put on weight at 2600 calories.. of course I’m 52..And without a doubt you don’t match my activity and work out schedule.. oh to be young… But love your content and lay out..
Most people can not handle a "bulk" phase. They either think it is all FREE or they simply eat too much and gain way more fat than muscle and struggle to lose it all and all the muscle as well. On the other hand, staying "shredded" year round is not good for one. Either mentally and /or physically. Some people try a month on / month off bulk / cut. Maybe a 3 and 3 if leaner than average. One can gain muscle without gaining a lot of fat if their bulk is simply more of the same foods they eat when "shredding", but once again they may suffer mentally and snap:) If a person is not competing and just trying to gain or lose, then this should not be as hard. At 60, I realize my muscle gaining days are few and far between, but luckily I have a fast metabolism and eat pretty good while maintaining a shredded look.
As an oatmeal fanatic.. this man makes some S tier oats. Another thing, have you just taught yourself to cook throughout your life? Or have you learned from someone?
Hi . I would like to ask how long before we go to sleep should someone have something to eat? for example fat free yogurt with an apple lets say. And how many hours before sleeping should the last meal be?
Hey, not Jonathan, but my advice from personal experience is, when having a big meal, eat 3-4 hours before bed. If it is a snack then 2 hours before bed. I have been testing it on myself for about 2 years now and this is the best protocol. Try it out and see what you get!
@@markossifis7948 no problem man. I am actually working on getting a nutrition and personal training certification. So I am just trying to help as many people as I can.
You definetly should. If you are beginner in lifting, you can check up "Body Recomposition". It explains how you can gain muscle while on caloric deficit. Jeff Nippard explained it well on youtube
