I did this twice a week. 1st used shampoo, washed it, than splash my hair with rice water, left it 20 min on, washed it, than used the conditioner. Then I bleached my hair 2 days after this treatment and all my long hair snapped so now I have shot hair and have to regrow it. So maybe don’t use it right bf you want bleach yr hair.
Idk why she always puts “overnight”. That IM pretty positive isn’t possible. 🤷🏻♀️ I have used some of these ingredients before in different masks but nothing is overnight. Everything worth anything takes some time.
Please be careful with this. Especially my curly girls like myself - this could destroy your hair! Do research. Everyone's hair is different. Especially curls.
@@SmallsTrini thats why I like to try only coconut oil and other oils to my hair. . Am other profesional products. I want to grow my hair faster but this kind of treatments with home ingredients makes me ask twice before use it!
@@alexandriamangano5418 it has alot of protein and you could have a protein overload which will damage the hair instead of helping it. most of us curly girls have this problem with rice water but it could damage anyone's hair
