How to Crack an Egg with One Hand

If you've always wondered how to crack an egg with one hand, but have never taken the time to find out, you'll be pleased to know it's actually very simple.
Crack the egg on a flat surface, or the side of a bowl - whichever works for you. They key is only one tap.
Then gently squeeze your thumb and middle finger. Immediately followed by pulling the thumb up and the middle finger down.

Yes you want the membrane to break, but you don't want the shell in tiny pieces, which you're more likely to get with the edge. But if you have a way that works for you, that's all good.
