The boxing show (which won gold) is the best boxing podcast by far. Rob Tebbutt from boxing news, Andy Clarke and Barry Jones are the best in the biz
Spot on Mate I enjoy them all but boxing show is great and in a day where it seems people don't like long form , I really enjoy a 2 hour podcast on boxing and that maybe a factor too ?

The reason why they did not get gold was because Spence does not believe that there are a lot of vacuous, uninformed, unchallenged opinions out there.
He was not prepared to get to the bottom line and cut through the nonsense.
He ignores people with strong views, who think they can stand them up to proper scrutiny.

It's no wonder boxing is dying, when clueless pundits put up this trash "Simon Jordan's QUESTIONS Joshua Buatsi's FUTURE If He Loses to Dan Azeez!" so inn the event of a single loss a boxers future needs to be questioned? No wonder nobody wants to fight all the time with junk like this. There are only a few very elite fighters who will fight top notch guy's and retire undefeated. If this was the kind of crap Lewis ,Tyson, Ali, Frasier, Foreman, Mayweather, Hagler, Leonard, Duran, Ward etc we would never have witnessed some of the best fights.
Are you joking? Or are you just not old enough to remember the most obvious example when the media for a time haggled Tyson saying all his opponent were easy and just to be knocked over? Media always grills fighters just wasn’t social media so wouldn’t see it on a daily basis.
@@jamesprynne1422 I'm guessing reading for understanding isn't your strong point. Where did I mention anything about criticism? Back then as much as the media was full of crap too, I don't recall them questioning a fighters future for a solitary loss they hadn't even had yet. Even Lewis for example after his freak loss to Rahman wasn't exiled into the anals of history for that loss. Good grief!
