Great video thank you I love Ocean City!
Glad you enjoyed it. What's your favorite part about OC?
Candy kitchen has always been my go to when I’m in OC. The chilled store on a hot day is a godsend on top of having delicious candy
For sure Steven! Don't forget they have ice cream too in most locations!
Candy Kitchen always had the worst salt water taffies. We go to Dollies & Wokenfuss for all of our salt water taffies , fudge, licorice, etc. We go to OC a week in the summer and another week late in the year to see the fantastic Winterfest show in North Park. Wife always spends over $125 on salt water taffies, fudge & Carmel popcorn for a few neighbors & family.
The haunted house its a classic
FYI I was your 600th subscriber
Thanks Shane! Appreciate it.
Purple moose saloon, Harbor Inn, and an Anthony’s Sub! My three favorite things in OC.
Last time I went to OC was like 30 years ago it looks clean!!
Andrew, the city has done so much work to make this town great. I’ve noticed the water looks much clearer than from years past.
Good info but surprised you didn’t mention the Purple Moose, Seacrets, MR Ducks.
My second home. I love it there!
That’s great! Where about’s? Ocean side or Bayside?
Maryland Oceanside. This was a great video by the way.
@@wonderfilled6048 You live oceanside in Baltimore, MD...............? Interesting location
Was just there in July. Seacrets is a must and also parasailing and safari tour! 💜💜💜
We're going a few weeks. Where is the safari tour ?
@@suzannerobinson1208 Paradise Watersports. We went out with Tyler. He was awesome! We didn't see any horses or dolphins on the tour itself, he said it is a 50/50 chance. But we did see a bird in its nest and that made us happy! 😹 We did have dolphins swim by every morning real close to shore directly infront of our hotel and there are horses all over at the state park. Tyler did try really hard for us to find some, even turning around and going back out for a second look for us. He talked with us the entire time, told stories, answered our weird questions, goofed with us. It was a huge fam vacation, 16 of us on the boat with 2 other girls. Idk how long the Safari Tour season is but if it is open when ya go, request a trip out with Tyler when ya make the reservation! He rocks! 👍👍💜 We ALL loved him and he made a killing in his tip from us!
@@suzannerobinson1208 Any hotel will have their number. It is at the south end, just across the bridge at the bay side. Tour takes ya out into the ocean.
Thank you for the video! Would you recommend to go at the beginning of September? Will the weather be nice as to go to the beach and swim in the ocean?
Honestly after Labor Day is the best time to go as the temps are still warm and the crowds have died down as school is restarting for kids and college students. The challenge with that right now is COVID-19. If things tighten back up you may want to take your trip ASAP. Make sure you book right after labor day as by the 3rd week of September most places especially on the boardwalk are shutting down for the season. Enjoy your trip!!!
Ropewalk has the best views at sunset. They also the the best lobster and crab Mac and cheese.
I love to ride the Haunted house ride. I like to shop at Souvenir city and eat at Bull on the Beach.i also like the Green Frog.
Patricia, I love the haunted house too. I wanted to include it in the video, however my kiddos weren't ready to go on the ride with me. Maybe we will show case that and the Green Turtle next time we are down. Both are staples in OC.
Great spot for a family vacation. And it's way chipper especially if you have big family. We stayed in Quay 1708 and really liked.
Agreed. The price is starting to creep up though unfortunately. Another great spot close by is Fenwick Island, which has larger homes that make a bigger group more affordable.
I enjoyed your video. Very nice...thanks
Thanks so much Brian. What did you find most useful? Are you vacationing or moving to OC?
Much better than Virginia Beach any day
Thank you for this video! This will probably be our spot this year.
Great stuff. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do. What are you looking forward to doing the most in OC?
Thank you for a great video. Lovely family.
Thanks so much for the kind words. What was your favorite part of the video?
I love the Tidal wave coaster and my favorite restaurant in Ocean City Maryland is Fager's Island
Andrew, Fager's is incredible. They've got a real nice nightlife scene. Much calmer than some of the other places. I've been trying to convince my son to get on the Tidal Wave, but he's not ready for it going backwards. Did you get to visit OC this summer?
Living in Baltimore Maryland I went in late June and I posted a video
O C IS GREAT!!!
Agreed. I'm glad they were able to open up this summer. Did you make it down OC this year?
@@LIVINGINBALTIMOREMARYLAND yes my girlfriend and I. Go too broad kill beach all the time...then drive too O C
I love ocean city so much please make more videos about it! Just got another sub
Jay, thanks so much for the kind words. I love OC too. Been going my whole life. Looking to do some more videos in the future. Anything particular you'd like to see? Thanks for subscribing too!
Living in Baltimore Maryland no problem! Nothing in particular but maybe you could do best breakfast places, best activities, etc. anything!
I liked secrets nightclub,is it still there? Jolly rogers, thrashers, and the beach!!!!!! I miss it used to go every summer atleast 1or 2x gotta go back asap w kids!!!!!!
Hey Charlotte, all of them are still there. Secrets can get a little rowdy at times LOL, but I'd only recommend lunch with the kids if you go. Check out the Lazy Lizard that I showed in the video, my kids love that spot.
We go to OC twice a year. Great resturants clean & quiet town. My neighbor has a great house in OC on a corner double lot. They will never move their full time due to lack of close quality hospital.Kohls and a few other stores 60 miles away. We used to do Christmas shopping at the Salisbury Mall but they closed down at least 3 of the largest chain stores. Only been to the cadino once and it was nice. Hate the parking kioshes they installed about 4 years ago. Rather pay a human when parking in a thousand car mega lot. Off season fishing sucks. No party boats in November while NJ has a few running day & night all year long. They never have ketchup for boardwalk french fried. Only vinegar so we never but fries there. Nkrtside park rocks.
Hi great video and very informative. Can you pls tell me of a good website i could chk out the real estate prices in OC. Im looking for a house or a condo but not sure till i don't do my research.
Obaid, send us a quick email at info@relentlesshomegroup.com and we will get you setup in our custom portal. Excited to help with your search.
Good video
Thanks for the visit
It would be great if ocean city today was like your video, it use to be. Sadly the place that requires no alcohol on the beach sells it on the boardwalk that you have to cross to get to the beach. A bar in every block and you have tons of underage teenagers to 30 year old who act like teens drunk and starting fights. Look at last year. People were killed on the boardwalk in a huge fight. Just recently the boardwalk caught fire. Someone burned the blayground on the beach. If you go there after 3pm you and thousands of others will walk the boardwalk with you and you can't tell a tween to put on their mask and neither can the cops. Family owned restaurants that have been there for almost 100 years are leaving because of the rude , obnoxious, and threatening " vacationers".
Last year was that bad and no one , who could, would help these people who had given such great memories to us in the past. The police who had no backing and we're being told the may be "defunded" were not gonna risk their lives and health and who blames them. Look on utube about ocean city before taking you kids there...maybe a trip to the Delaware shore may be a better bet and safer. Let OC get it's crap together and clean up it's act. Not being a killjoy but rather letting families know the Paul Harvey version and that's the rest of the story.
You have a wonderful family and they were at the boardwalk very early...say 10 am because the line for those 🍟 are several blocks long after 12.
So if you go there stay no later than noon and you may see it like the video.
I’m going there in a week
That's great. Where are you staying? Have you been before?
I have been here before
4 years in a row
Idk where we are staying but it’s going to be fun
What is there to do in March?
Tons of events around St. Patrick’s Day. There’s a 5K this weekend sponsored by Under Armour. Downtown is usually hopping during non covid years. Plenty of parks close by and DC is great during the cherry blossom festival.
@@LIVINGINBALTIMOREMARYLAND thank you. I’m going there on spring break

Take it from someone who grew up here, Ocean City is not ideal for a young adults it’s a resort town so there’s jobs in the summer but barely in the winter. The majority of the people living here are older or people who gave up on life. Unless you own a business or plan on becoming a farmer please don’t move here.
JR thanks for chiming in. I have seen quite a few retiree's move to OC including my own grandparents who lived in the Pines. I do think business year round is growing tremendously. What do you like most about living in OC?
i remember having baskin robbins for the first time there in 2019 it was the greatest ice cream i ever had 😂never had dumser though
You forgot Bull on the Beach
Darn it... You're right! an OC original. We will be doing more content here soon and will highlight it and some of the original restaurants of OC. Besides Bull on the beach, what's one of your favorite spots I didn't mention?
Wow I’d love to go on vacation there
It's a great spot for everyone to enjoy.
A tourist giving a tour guide lol
If 43 years of living in Maryland and owning property in Ocean City is still considered a tourist, then I'm a seasoned veteran.
No because the pay is shit
I can see why you'd say that. The tough part is most of the work is seasonal. Would you agree?
