    My personal opinion as a Marylander who moved to Tennessee is that everything in Maryland is good except for the government. I miss my home i do....but i like my rights and freedoms. And its Elli"kit" city 😊

    Good choices but what about western Maryland and the Eastern shore?

    • @AudreyRozier
      @AudreyRozier  Месяц назад

      I typically don’t focus on those areas since my page primarily focuses on Central Maryland but I am starting to create content branching out.

      @@reginagannaway5714 Yes, I agree. It’s disappointing that there seemed to be a deliberate exclusion of PG county yet areas mentioned in Montgomery County , are equidistant from Washington DC as the nice areas in PG county that could have been mentioned . At the very least, the title is misleading but there is a feeling there is another reason why PG county was not mentioned 🤔………

    I don’t disagree with your selection of nice places to live, but there were a few missteps. Others commenters caught the White Flint Mall error. NSA is in Anne Arundel County, and you pronounced Elliott City like someone new to the area.
    There’s nothing wrong with giving your opinion, like everyone else on RUclips.

      Thank you for your opinion. I have lived here in Maryland for 28 years. People pronounce “Ellicott City” however they wish to, same as “Baltimore”. People can speak differently. As a realtor, I don’t give my personal opinion but rather share data. That is what I’m allowed to do. As far as the Mall error, that is correct and has been addressed in other comments. As a human, I do try to fact check data but am not always correct. 👍

    She forgot to mention that all of these good areas are next door to Prince George County which is crime ridden and terrible poverty. The politicians in Maryland are notorious also.

      That's one broad brush you're painting with! I've been a Prince George's County homeowner for about 25 years. My neighborhood is so "crime ridden" that I don't even lock my front door!😝 Believe it or not, I haven't been robbed or murdered yet. Yes, there is poverty in our county. There is also great wealth and everything in between. As far as Maryland's politicians go, I'm not sure what any of our current elected officials are "notorious" for. Sure, we've had our share of corrupt pols in this state, but I don't think Wes Moore, Brandon Scott and Angela Alsobrooks are cut from the same cloth as predecessors like Spiro Agnew, Catherine Pugh and Jack Johnson. (Thank goodness.)

    This is so biased... According to this video Montgomery county is the only thing MD has going for it. Totally biased. This is a bad as redlining racist information. Not 1 mention of some of the worst traffic congestion in the country on 495 and rt. 270 everyday in your Montgomery County. No mention of crime and gang activity. Get real and be forthright with your information...

      Thanks for your opinion. If you looked at the beginning of the video, I literally said it’s not my personal opinion but rather the result of research already on the internet. So no redlining here but a recap of the link I added in the description.

      Montgomery County is overcrowded and played out, it needs to meditate and regain it's ki balance, circulating flow, many centers, Bethesda, Wheaton, etc, are congested now... It just looks exploited with too many new apartments being built. I have ben advocating to cancel more than a few of them there's even been some success. One building is being torn down for a townhome neighborhood in Rockville. I feel very proud of that and am pushing if more new housing then higher quality and more eco friendly built on demolished old towers and apartments not in new forests. Then the cycle is whole because people get richer and the neighborhoods.should reflect that

      Reading is fundamental! She covered various areas and areas with high population density traffic is a con! I’m from New York and live here that area isn’t the worst in the country lmao .
