Frederick is cheaper but far from cheapest also - and getting more expensive.

Could have done a better job of syncing the video with the dialog. E.g., while talking about Wilde Lake Village you were showing scenes of
Lake Elkhorn in Owen Brown Village. 😕

The lake is not Wild Lake, that lake is Lake Elkhorn, lol. Also, Columbia MD is NOT among the affordable places in Maryland to buy a home. US Historians need to do more research on Maryland!!!
I stopped watching this video when they said North Potomac. This area may just be one of the most expensive, lol. What a waste of time watching and will never watch anything from US Historians again. History and facts are definitely not their strong points.
