@@rootytootymailbox2043I appreciate the semantics, but sometimes we have to just keep it easy and call them cities. When searching for a property in our MLS, Potomac is a “postal city” not a suburb or neighborhood. Thanks for watching!
silver spring? Rockville? Chevy Chase? Potomac? Bethesda? A big Montgomery county bias. Ironically, most of these residents would say they live in DC, not Maryland. I'm gonna keep watching just to see if they leave MoCo and leave homes under 1 million. I lived in Kensington for a while. the only thing people discussed was if you live in the town of Kensington or Kensington that isn't in the actual town. The map of the CDP is odd also. It's a tiny U surrounding the town of Kensington that has an area of only 2 miles
I live in Southern Maryland. Candidly, there's nothing in Southern Maryland that can compete with Montgomery County. BUT it depends on your taste. Personally, I think Leonardtown, MD is nice and has lots of potential. But outside of that, not sure where else.
I answered a similar comment below regarding semantics, but every single location on this list is a "postal city". Thanks for commenting! It helps my videos reach more people!
This list is on crack. 270 is legitimately one of the worst roads in the U.S., tied with the majority of 495. Most of these areas are bland strip mall sprawl with the charm of a 90’s Panera. The top three best places to live in MD are, without a doubt, are in and around Frederick, Annapolis and Columbia. Period. Ellicott City was the only legit spot on the entire list.

THANKS. WHERE IS THE LIST OF THE BEST PLACES IN MARYLAND
Frederick should be # 1. Great video, Eddie.
I’m surprised it didn’t make the list! But it always makes mine 🙌
YES FREDERICK
Frederick should make every list!
Frederick should be #1 great video Eddie as usual.
Thanks, Eddie! I thought Frederick was going to be #1!
If I had it my way it would be!
Thanks for your amazing video
How is Towson not on this list? That's WILD to me! Towson is easily one of the best towns/places to live in Maryland. Love that area.
Thanks for sharing👍
Thank you for watching!
Great advices!
Thanks for watching!
What is the best online platform to find a room?
Check out Furnished Finder. It's a pretty good one
I didn’t realize Potomac was a city
The more you know!
It’s not a ‘city’, which sounds exciting and vibrant, it’s a gigantic suburb. It’s a nice suburb, but there’s little to nothing to do there.

Rockville is like California: way too liberal
I guess whoever made this list forgot that Southern Maryland exists🤥
Montgomery County definitely gets all of the attention, doesn't it?

Almost all the areas you named are just unincorporated county areas.

@@movingtomaryland No problem, anybody that helps Maryland grow financially is a friend of mine !

Never Baltimore it’s a 💩show
Thanks for watching! Baltimore is not near the top of the list. It might be a while before that happens!
There are tons of great areas in the greater Baltimore metro
I'm sorry, but everything you showed. These are the worst places for a family to live. And where children can be, you can't imagine worse.
Would like to hear why you think that and your suggestions for the best places to raise a family here 😊
