You are awesome Stephanie !! I have been wowing my friends and family with your recipes for some time now . But I`m always careful to give you the credit . The way you explain and demonstrate your art makes it easy to follow .I am grateful beyond words for your taking the time to make these videos .
Stephanie, your channel is the best. I really enjoy the way you make your recipes look easy and simple for us to cook. Cheers from Brasil ( with an s....that's how we spell it down here).
I just made this and it was great . Thank you Ms. Stephanie you are heaven sent . May God continue to bless you and Ric with such good health and happiness always .
hi Stephnie ,i made quich today with mushrooms corn onion and spinach rest of the recsipie was as per your guidance ,it came out superb Thanks .regards
I'm so glad you've kept the comments open on this video. I've always wanted to comment on how great all your recipes are. Thanks for making these videos!! :)
I made this today. I made the pie dough fit into 3 inches big pie mould and the dough became 8 pie crusts. The fillings only was used half of it. The result was really good. They are so tasty. Thanks!
I just tried your quiche recipe, it turns out so gooooodddddddd!!!! I substituted the bacon to ham, it's still delicious!!! I really love it!! Thank you so much, Stephanie!!
Another winner, Stephanie! I went with chicken breast, broccoli and cheese for mine and it was a huge hit! I used your crust recipe as well. All around great. Thank you.
I have made this quiche several times and am making it tonight. My brother-in-law does not eat quiche. So, like tonight, when he is at the cabin hunting, my sister and I have a quiche night. Thanks for the recipe. We love it.
Made this today - also used the pre baked pie crust recipe on this website ! Was delicious and I was looking at an empty pie pan with only crumbs in minutes ! Thanks Stephanie !
I didn't realize this wasn't your kitchen at home you made these videos from and by the way the pound cake recipe was spectacular and easy to make for petit fours. kids loved loved loved and me too. am going to make this next! thanks for making these recipes so easy to make
Hey i love your recipes and i love how you explain every single thing keep it up pls! also could you make recipes for eating at luch time or super time like this one ty!
I know this is an old video but it is such a great recipe. I also like your prebaked pie crust recipe too and am about to try them out now. I have just come back from buying all the ingredients :-) Thanks for posting this x niki
Hi, love this recipe it was so delicious and yummy. A complete delite and satisfaction to my taste buds and my stomach. I was wondering if this can be made with out the crust? Was not sure if there was a different step for a non crust or crustless quiche. I have some family members that are celiac and some who are staying of a low carb diet. Wondering if just grease the pie pan generously?
I have been binge watching your videos, I just love them. I am curious if you have ever attempted Thomas Keller's Over The Top Quiche and your thoughts on it? I think I've finally gotten it down (mostly, and with the help of a little liquid courage), but there really aren't any instructional videos on it. My guess is because it's driven so many home bakers to the edge!
We love your comments however due to our busy schedule questions on the recipes may take some time. We check our Facebook page more often so if you would like a quicker answer post your question there. A link to our Facebook page is in the description above.
hi love your recipes!! could you please tel me whether i can use double cream instead of heavy cream? and chicken instead of bacon? hope you will reply!!
You do such a wonderful job of explaining everything and the pace is just right. I am concerned about the bacon, however; shouldn't it be cooked more thoroughly?
I’ve made this quiche multiple times for my family, every time they compliment it like they were eating for it the first time! Absolutely fabulous recipe. At times, instead of beacon I toss in smoked salmon bits that you get in Costco. Yum! I have a question though: do you use a deep pie crust or is it a regular one? I use a regular depth and I always have quite a bit of custard left over. So now I decrease the quantities of cream and milk and try to make it just enough to fill a regular crust. My crusts are 9 inches in diameter. Would appreciate your response.
Hello Stephanie...I love your channel. Question: I was wondering why did you put the vegetable mix in the crust first instead of mixing it in the egg custard?
This looks great - just finished your apple pie - it was great - now it is quiche time - we do not have shortening or lard here - can I use soft or hard margarine for the pastry case? Thank you.
Hello Stephenie please tell me how should I bake this since I need this on early morning . Can I bake it the night before n heat it and take the moring or should I bake it morning itself. How should I make it fresh. Will it taste the same next day . Please help
Hi Stephanie! Had a quick question, can I put the quiche in the fridge after I've poured the custard and veggies into it and then bake it the next morning? Love your videos, so thorough. Thanks.
Hi Stephanie mam.. please tell that can i use the dairy cream which comes in 200ml pack...?? It's full fat I think.... And what about chicken in this recipe... what should I do for that...??
You say I could leave out the cheese. I've been searching for a cheese free quiche recipe, and they don't seem to exist. I would like to try this recipe, but if I leave out the cheese, will that change the texture of the quiche?
Hi! In most recipes your metric measurements are quite good and helpful, but this recipe is not the case: I do not know how much are 4 strips of bacon in grams (but this shouldn't be that problematic, either I have more or less bacon in there). However measuring onions and especially cheese in grams would be much useful - unlike measuring in millimetres. This recipe is thus not usable for me for a first time trying to bake this type of quiche.
....... 4 strips of bacon is just 4 strips of bacon. You don't need a metric measurement for it. You just need to know how to count to 4. As for the rest, if she doesn't give a metric measurement for something, there's this thing that can be used to help you convert measurements. It's really innovative and advanced, so I don't want to frighten you. It's called Google. You go there (www.google.com) type in what you want to know, and it answers it for you. Takes 30 seconds, tops. You don't need to be hand held through everything.
Call me fat, but i don't find quiche very filling, so if I were to make this, i think i could easily sit down and finish the whole pie no worries lol :P

Made this a few nights ago. It turned out great! I used spinach, mushroom, green onion, cilantro, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese. Mmm Mmm good!

Gorgeous lady and great recipe, loved both - thank you.
your recipes are amazing
I'm searching for a nice quiche recipe for my Sunday brunch. Great recipe Stephanie. :)
You could mix it all together. I just find I get a more even layer if I spread the vegetables in the crust first and then pour the custard over top.
I like your video very much; easy to follow steps and nice presentation. Thanks.
I tried this recipe today was the best thank you

hi love your recipes!! could you please tel me whether i can use double cream instead of heavy cream? and chicken instead of bacon? hope you will reply!!
Yes, you could use double cream and chicken.
Joy of Baking h
Yes, sausage would be excellent and you could use a lighter cream or whole milk for the heavy cream.
Now im craving for quiche!
Hello Stéphanie ! Nice recette 👍, as usual 😊! Can you do salted muffins? It would be nice 👍! Merci beaucoup 😘 ! You are the reference!
i love spinach
good video sweet how about a video on how to make crumpets ?
This makes me feel like making quiche now! :D
Hi
Have you made quiche with olive oil in the crust instead of butter?
Nice!! I go make now...
yum!
You do such a wonderful job of explaining everything and the pace is just right. I am concerned about the bacon, however; shouldn't it be cooked more thoroughly?
Could you do more savoury recipes?(:
Yum
I’ve made this quiche multiple times for my family, every time they compliment it like they were eating for it the first time!
Absolutely fabulous recipe.

My crusts are 9 inches in diameter.

I used a regular 9 inch pie pan. Although if you had extra custard, then your pan must not be as deep as the one I used.
Yummy!!!
Hello Stephanie...I love your channel. Question: I was wondering why did you put the vegetable mix in the crust first instead of mixing it in the egg custard?
hi Stephanie..do u have a lasagna recipe? thanks.
Looks good but we do not put crust on ours....and it's better....love it.....
hi Stephanie! I was wondering what other quiche combinations would you suggest?
This looks great - just finished your apple pie - it was great - now it is quiche time - we do not have shortening or lard here - can I use soft or hard margarine for the pastry case? Thank you.
judith judith You could replace the shortening with either butter or margarine.
Joy of Baking Thank you dear Stephanie Jaworski
is there such a thing as fruit quiche??? if so could you make one please.
Hello Stephenie please tell me how should I bake this since I need this on early morning . Can I bake it the night before n heat it and take the moring or should I bake it morning itself. How should I make it fresh. Will it taste the same next day . Please help
I often reheat the Quiche and it's delicious.
Joy of Baking - Thank you for replying. How many minutes should I heat in the oven
Good idea to steam the spinach.
Love it
I must make your quiche
For those who want to remove bacon fat can try using back bacon as it's leaner than streaky bacon
How much time it takes ? :p sorry for the typo
How many time I need to bake the pie crust ? ( before adding anything to it )
Can You Do More Desert Videos ? There My Favorite : )
can i use sweet pasty crust for making quiche?
How long should i pre bake the pie crust?
Some ppl cook it different and cut the bacon up and then cook it up all the way but then the bacon can cook in the oven also
yay finally comments allowed!
Did i missed the temperature of the oven??????
can i totally replace heavy cream with milk?
Hi Stephanie, do I have to prebaked the pie crust for making quiche? Can I pour the filling right after unroll and press the pie pastry into the pan.
For a quiche you want to prebake the pie crust because the filling doesn't take very long to bake.
Can i use minced meat?
Hi Stephanie! Had a quick question, can I put the quiche in the fridge after I've poured the custard and veggies into it and then bake it the next morning? Love your videos, so thorough. Thanks.
Hi Stephanie mam.. please tell that can i use the dairy cream which comes in 200ml pack...?? It's full fat I think....
And what about chicken in this recipe... what should I do for that...??
thank you so much !!!
How can I do mini quiche? Is it the same way ?
Yes, although the baking times will be shorter.
Looks good but where is the filling.
I can't watch this in my iPhone why??? It always says invalid response and I tried refreshing and it doesn't help. Any suggestions?
It would be better if you include the ingredients here in the description portion...
There is always a link to the written recipe in the first line of the description.
What is heavy cream . Is it diary or non diary cream
Heavy cream is cream with a 35 - 40% butterfat content. It is cream that when whipped, will reach stiff peaks.
Joy of Baking - Is it sweeter or no sweeter will that be whipping cream or lesser fat than whipped cream
You say I could leave out the cheese. I've been searching for a cheese free quiche recipe, and they don't seem to exist. I would like to try this recipe, but if I leave out the cheese, will that change the texture of the quiche?
Link for quiche without cheese
+rosey rosay i don't see the link
What is quiche
MORE BACON! :D
delicious. one suggestion - MORE BACON!
thats why you bake then whole dish..in the oven.

What's the point of using bacon if you're removing most of it by cutting away the fat.
Call me fat, but i don't find quiche very filling, so if I were to make this, i think i could easily sit down and finish the whole pie no worries lol :P
I think that would be just a normal pie... or a fruit custard pie.
Um the bacon looks too raw
