- My goal all along with my E90 BMW 335i has been to make at least 700WHP. Up to this point I've done every upgrade needed to support all that power except one last thing. The fuel system. This is a step most people choose to skip out on and end up realizing later on that their stock fuel system just can't keep up with increased boost. I decided to go overkill and get a Stage 4 Fuel Pump kit from Fuel-It to make sure I can make as much power as I want when we start the tuning process.

Love your videos, I bought my 335i in December and I wasn´t sure to buy it until I saw your videos, I plan on going FBO soon but for now I just repainted some parts and got yellow calipers and black rims. Mine is an E93 so your previous car was a big inspiration to build mine soon. Keep up your work!

Just be sure you know how to do a lot of the work yourself. If you are paying a shop like this guy its kinda unrealistic… unless you have mom and dads money… in which case 👆

It’s crazy how engineers with fancy ass degrees design these complex systems within a car, and then you have a mechanic taking it apart and making it better. Truly a piece of work!

Have to be careful now with the ekp module I been told it burns when u have 525 as a main pump, I don't know if only happens with the ekp2 or the 2kp3 it's in danger too

Hey I have a fuel question.
What would need to be changed/upgrade if I’m having issues actually fueling my 335i? I’ll be at the pump and I can’t walk away from it. Every gallon or so it resets the gas pump and I have to keep waiting every few seconds until the fuel goes down to continue pumping. Any tips?

I’m getting a 2aaf fuel pump plausibility code and I’m thinking of just buying a upgraded one I don’t have a tune all I have on is intakes and chargepipe from vrsf is it bad to run a upgraded fuel pump if I’m not making much power?

I mean this is pretty extreme upgrade but you could just do a bigger intercooler charge pipe and some vrsf downpipes and you could be making 500 hp thats whT im working with

Stage 1 or 2 is a couple hundred bucks. Less if you DIY.
Just bought a stage 3 spool performance pump w HOBB switch and 2 day delivery for $520 paying 2k+ is ridiculous

Just a quick question , does doing a straight pipe (aka muffler delete), and a stage 2 tune void the warranty ? Like there is a stage 2 race chip or super chip tune .. I have a 2020 Megane 4 Rs 280 edc and thinking about doing it’s first performance mod : changing tyres from crappy Bridgestone potenza s007 to Michelin pilot sport 4 s. But wondering if warranty will be void if I do the other 2 tunes. The Renault dealership told that doing a straight pipe wont void warranty but I’m asking u experts just to make sure.

The 525 draws too much amperage, it will fry your ekpm. You need the 535 as an auxiliary.
The 535 is only meant to be run alone since it doesn't have a check valve. If you want multiple pumps with the 535 you have to add a check valve
