I don‘t know how i was able to go so long without learning how to stabilize my blood sugar. I‘ve been doing it for only a few days but it feels like being HUMAN again, not constantly trying to not stuff myself with food because i was so hungry all the time🙈 thank you, this vid helped a lot❤
