I like that the bloody weapons aren't just the weapon's with blood dotted on them, but they look like they've been used to bash a few slashers heads in.
In addition, there are still differences, for example, during shooting, other sounds, power, etc.
Something I always liked about Dead Space 2 guns is how they fold and unfold when firing or reloading them, or just simply by stop firing. So geeky and so cool. I hope the remake respects that and keeps it.
Well, except for the seeker rifle. That gun is so odd.

Seeker rifle is pretty cool, it has one of the highest dps in the game and can kill with body shots. No need to aim for the limbs.
@@GageFilms Yeah, I know. I just wanted to point out that the reloading sequence, as well as the design for that gun, are among the least interesting for me. But yeah, it's op.
They’re all cool, but you can’t beat how slick the pulse rifle and plasma cutters are.
Points go to the Javelin gun in zero G. It’s such a cool detail to see the spent cartridge drift off.

I never understood the plasma cutter reload he just dumps the old mag but doesn’t put a new one in?
Im sure its automatic in every way..which makes me wonder how it fits all those mags- You know what just stop asking questions.
DS Remake sure corrects it
You can see (what I'm assuming is) a new battery moving up everytime Issac reloads the makeshift Plasma cutter.
