Wow. This channel is a gift to humanity.
You should have a cooking show on TV. Your preciseness is greatly appreciated by myself and my family & friends. My girlfriend & I cooked this just now as we had all the right ingredients already here (we were going to make some kind of Asian food for dinner & your video came in just in time. Thank you sooooooooo much it’s delicious & seems perfect thanks to your instructions for help, it cooked up fast and beautifully done. (we had it with some white rice 🍚🍜🥠🥰
Thank you for your kind words. Viewers like you are my motivation going forward.
I agree! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💖
Many years ago I was living in SF and we would go to a Chinese restaurant that had been there forever and my favorite meal was Cantonese chicken chow mein...we went there every week!
That looks amazing......one of my favorite comfort foods!! Well, maybe favorite foods, period! 😂😂😋😋
I love soy sauce chow mein. I would often order this in Chinese restaurants while traveling in Asia. Since we can't achieve wok hei at home, giving the noodles some blow torch love before serving mimics that smoky wok hei restaurant taste.
Wow Yummy
Another great dish. Thanks Stacey.😊

Happy New little subscriber here! That looks really tasty.
This video is fantastic
Very informative
Thank you very much.
I boil my steamed noodles for about 3-4 mins. You are right don’t follow the package direction. I thought it was ok to rinse it with cold water to stop it from cooking further and to let it cool faster.
I learned about letting the noodle air cool from a chef. I tried it myself and found it was really better.
💘
I've never seen that noodle stretching tip before. Very useful thanks. I always put a dash of sesame oil in at the end but I'm not sure if this is traditional.
Yes, sesame oil is traditional, I use in this dish too.
great video...What kind of Wok is that?
Great, thanks for teaching how to cook. Anyway, Did you study in Toronto about 20 years ago?
( OISE )
I'm very familiar with your voice. Maybe we've studied together😂😂
What brand of dark soy sauce do you use? I want to try this.
Could we use the noodles that come dried in a package that we have to boil?
can’t find dark soy sauce
Haha, I like how she said "Today, while no longer cheap..." That's for damn sure. Everything is overpriced due to inflation. So frustrating and annoying. I remember before the pandemic you could get 1.5 lbs box for like $4 street food in china towns. Now? It's double or more in price. Pathetic!
No, never cut your noodles shorter! 😢 long noodles equals long life!
never know this b4 Interesting
It's supposed to be bad luck to cut Noodles
