1 tbsp oil
2 large egg
3 oz/86 g onion
5.29 oz/150 g bean sprouts
2 stalks of green onion
1/8 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
8 oz/225 g chicken
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp corn starch
2 tsp water
2 tsp rice wine
2 tsp oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp dark soy sauce
4 tbsp water
Stir Fry Sauce
1 3/4 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/4 tbsp dark soy sauce
3/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp white pepper powder

Baking soda is usually used on beef to tenderize, not needed for chicken
It doesn’t exist where I live. Everything is frozen where I live which makes it hard to make. I always mess up the frozen noodles. 😢
Maybe you can try to find dried stick noodles(half size smaller than this) instead. Amazon may be able to ship them.

My advice would be to not add raw spring onion at the end. The taste of raw onion stays in your mouth for the rest of the day!
Why so much soya sauce?
This can’t taste nice as restaurant because there will not be the burn woke smell that what make it nice!
