Thank you for the vegan recipe! Kibbeh was one of my favorite things to eat but when I became vegan I didn’t know if I could eat it anymore! Alternatively I could just use Beyond Meat which is vegan fake meat but I like this idea too! Bless you!!

I use olive oil inside the kibbie, and vegetable oil to fry with, but you can use whichever oil you prefer. 😊

Hello. Yes, the main spices are; basil, marjoram, salt, pepper. for the stuffing all of those plus sumac.

It is so similar to coxinha in Brazil. We have kibbi here too. Many palestinians and lebanese are living in Brazil since 1900
