Wonderful harvest Tee!!!! Just harvested a nice size bowl of Bib, Gustav,red romaine, salad mix and burgundy lettuce. I have a small cement container on my deck! My first successful year of growing an assortment! Gonna try starting more in my greenstalk towers, which are placed in the shade for the summer! Happy gardening and blessings to you!

Hi, Tee thanks for info on how to get crunchy lettuce after washing it. How did you get your outdoor sink set up love. Love your landscape you have really inspired me!!! You have been very encouraging to me. I am a beginner gardener. Keep up the great work love your passion!!!
My outdoor sink is just in a frame. I do not have the water linked to it as of right now but, the only thing I would need to do is hook a water hose onto the faucet and add a couple more junctions to make it work. I may work on that this year and if so I will try my best to film it happy gardening and thank you for watching!

Yes, We are so blessed. My husband loves his grass so we do compromise with how much I plant and where I plant and making sure that we have a balance so we can still utilize the yard for other reasons💚💚🥰

I fertilize on a regular every 2 to 3 days with fish fertilizer it is a water soluble that feeds your plants right then and there and it helps all a great deal💚Thank you for watching🥬💚🪴
@@BeauteeInTheGarden I have that (and JUST used it today) -- but have NEVER used it THAT regularly. In fact, I saw someone who got a WHOLE GALLON a couple of years ago on clearance FOR JUST A COUPLE OF BUCKS!! And I did manage to hop into action and get the last one in time and decided that if that is an annual thing, I'm gon' have to ALWAYS stock up at the end of the season because that stuff's normally EXPENSIVE, even for a smaller bottle!
And if I'm not mistaken, it MIGHT have actually been YOUR video too 'cause I remember whoEVER it was, was cute, lol: But with THAT said, I DO HAVE ENOUGH to use it more regularly and I'MMA START so My lettuce can get some ActRight. 😤

Hi Tee, I have a small garden and my husband has one also. We both grew lettuce. red leaf romaine, regular romaine and leaf lettuce. We like to mix it with Bok choy, spinach, kale Swiss chard, baby leaf collards. My husband does eat salad every day. Can.t wait till the cantaloupe, and watermelon get ready love to eat those fruits in my salad.

Hi Tee! Nice lettuce harvest. I'm not that successful when it comes to lettuce. I did grow some buttercrunch lettuce I purchased at a big box store, and I successfully grew some Little gem lettuce I bought seeds from Bakers Creek which has bolted. All the other type of lettuces has been challenging for me to even get them to germinate. Thanks for sharing!👍😊
If you have a hard time germinating your seeds. I find it easier for me to do the baggy method and as far as lettuce plants bolting I try to put them in the shade or if you have a porch that is covered or a shaded tree that will help a ton💚🪴🥬 Thank you as always for your support and time happy harvesting💚

hello, ive been looking for lettuce and greens to grow in the summer. do you think its too late to start from seed here in ATL (zone 8a)? are you able to grow greens all summer? if so, which varieties do you recommend for that? i see you have some nice swiss chard too! THANK YOU for the inspiration/tips!
Believe it or not you can grow all varieties of lettuce all year long but it is best to move them into the shade as far as Swiss chard it can deal with cold and hot weather so you’ll be fine Wherever you plant them💚🪴🥬
