Hello there beautiful! Your videos are absolutely very helpful to me. I'm in the Piedmont Area of North Carolina and I specifically sought out other NC gardeners and am so glad that I found you. This season, I planted everything in containers. And the heat has been no joke! Like today we got up to 97!!!!! I had been looking at shade-cloth on Temu too! I'm amazed at the amount of things they have on their site and the quality is quite good. Sometimes the sizes are ridiculous, but the quality is great for most productions I've purchased. So, I will definitely be investing in some shade cloth because I will be on vacation for a week near the end of July and I don't want to come back to a fried garden. You are doing so well. And your back-garden took one for the team this season. Remember to give yourself grace. You're doing fabulous in some many other areas. Thanks again for all the great tips and advice. I have two cherry tomatoe plants that cracked but, there still doing fine. All my plants are shaded from 2pm to 6pm by my oak tree. Texas has its on sun. 😊
Hi Tee, if you want to avoid the heat , you need to move to Buffalo N.Y. ha ha Your tomato plants look good, but all those days above 90 will kill then. Your tomatoes are ripening on schedule and mine are all still green.

I'm in zone 10 and it's been super hot. It's Thursday 10:22 a.m. and already 101degrees. High today is a forecasted 118. 121 tomorrow 😅 I started using shade cloth 50/ 50 early June. My peppers, squash, cucumbers, blueberry bushes and melon are loving it. Everything else I had is done for the season. I planted the blueberry bushes in March. They are supposed to grow in zone 10, we'll see. If they do, next spring I will add more. Hope everyone has a safe and Happy 4th of July 🎉🎉🎉
Would plastic roof sheets work on the green house that you already have..it's a polycarbonate roofing sheets, look it up.. garden looking beautiful 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽💚💚💚💫👋🏽💎🦋🇬🇧

I just have to figure out if I want to keep this frame and try to drill into this steel frame or build it myself from scratch like I did the chicken run.
