I remember as a kid in like 2nd or 3rd grade thinking how realistic this was, and you know what, after over 10 years of seeing this for the first time, I'd say the animation still really holds up. Plus the music is still a bop
This was my childhood in a car, we had these dvd players on the back of the front seat headrests so we could watch dvd's, and Animusic was one of them. I love this "movie", if you could call it that, but either way it was my childhood and i love it so much!
I Music to so yeah this is the second and the music a NIMUCIC women I’m spelling it wrong you let me spell it for you I was gonna try doing it on the keyboard on my iPad. ANIMUSIC
Man I remember as a kid absolutely loving the Fiber Optics one. And coming back to it, I feel like I still love it. This might've the song that got me into techno
I’ve been watching Animusic since September or October 2011. I downloaded most of the Animusic videos in October and December 2012 and a few in March, April and May of 2015. The oldest Animusic video I have is drum machine. I downloaded drum machine on 5/29/2012. I bought the dvds in 2015.
I remember seeing resonant chamber *all the time* on PBS in the morning on weekends. It was always a bit of a game to see if they would play a different one this time around lol
when i lived in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines I found Animusiic and loved it enough to share it with all my friends and to this day I still love it.
I hated track 3 as a kid because of it being all strings but I love it now. I’ve found it super nice to relook at this now that I’m a fond clarinetist.
When I watched this back in music class I felt wired for enjoying it (I guess it was because it was somehow school related) but now after hearing about how others loved this series and learning about how impressive the technical parts of this were, I now have a new appreciation or this series.
No kidding. In my lifetime, I calculated 304 times I watched it all, and the only one I don't like, is cathedral pictures, honestly. Everything else but pogo sticks is freaking superior!
Does anybody else feel this series to be uncanny? The instruments/robot things feel and move like they are alive. It's just odd to see these liminal rooms filled with seemingly alive robots that have only one purpose and that is to make perfect music. What is their purpose? Why are they playing human music?
It's like seeing an old friend again
It’s exactly like that
Yeah
Childhood moment
Exactly
This right here is the reason why I'm obsessed with music.
This entire series.
You are obviously very talented. Never stop creating :)
It’s why I became a drummer
Bloody good reason
Exact same shit here. saw it in 2nd grade and was never the same. I'm 25 now and still coming back to this stuff
I remember watching this when I was 6 and loving it, glad this randomly popped back in my head this morning
Lol yes agreed
Same. This was my childhood. Its hard to belive its almost 14 years old
same here

1:21 my boi Red be praising the sun right now

Imagine taking a walk at 3am and those things on the 2nd video start chasing u down the sidewalk 😂
I remember seeing resonant chamber *all the time* on PBS in the morning on weekends. It was always a bit of a game to see if they would play a different one this time around lol
Me and my sisters used to pretend to be the robots. We would argue about who would be who and everything, simpler times :))
The last one has to be my favourite. Along with Drum Machine, Stick Figures, Gyro Drums, Starship Groove and Cathedral Pictures.
Out of all of those, I'd say Starship Groove is my favorite, though I do love heavy light too. So we agree. Cool.
That last track has some serious mario galaxy style stuff
Also I really liked the first one with the green guitars in animusic 1
when i lived in Cagayan de Oro City, Mindanao, Philippines I found Animusiic and loved it enough to share it with all my friends and to this day I still love it.
Philippines/Southeast Asia: TRIGGERED
the flash backs of music class in elementary. i remember me and friends wanting to eat these-
What the - 😂
What do you mean by wanting to eat those 😧
My friend's dream:
Goes out with their crush.
My dreams:
You have pretty dame good dreams
Somewhere out in space this is just floating around, just vibin.
I remember when I used to go to my grandparents house I would watch this all the time and we called it the robot dance
Found this last year in the summer. This is epic music. Fits in with Pink Floyd and Genesis along with other great bands. I need the CDs and DVDs.
The grooviest roboto on all the planet
Yes, I am 💅🎵🎶
@@Synthonica_the_groovebot you won’t cheat on me either funky animusic 2 roboto 💗
Simply one of the best things I’ve seen and heard in my life!

That was my favorite as a kid and still is
i also hated it, but it was my moms favorite so i couldn't skip it
I use to play this for my daughter before school but it was really for me 😂😂😂😂
My favorite out of all of these is Heavy Light.
Mine is pogo sticks 2
Gyro Drums
They are all my favorites. They are all good in their own little ways.
(Pogo sticks gang)
Love all of them but Cathedral Pictures all the way!!
Same here! I genuinely think it heavily affected my music tastes growing up
When I watched this back in music class I felt wired for enjoying it (I guess it was because it was somehow school related) but now after hearing about how others loved this series and learning about how impressive the technical parts of this were, I now have a new appreciation or this series.
It's still amazing. Both series...❤
Animusic 2 = Empire Strikes Back
both better sequels
ALSO NO ONE TALKS ABOUT GYRO DRUNS ITS SO GOOD
How do we all have the same childhood
Never gets old. NEVER
No kidding. In my lifetime, I calculated 304 times I watched it all, and the only one I don't like, is cathedral pictures, honestly. Everything else but pogo sticks is freaking superior!
4:11 me when I go through the grocery store 😁
Fiber bundles all day!
The nostalgia flows back.
These 2 dvds are the reason I'm a musician

Funky and good-humoured! I like :)
more than animusic 2
1 is best
Unlike the 1st one I didn’t grow up with this one so it’s pretty interesting seeing this
Love the music and animation
I watched this as a kid... oh the nostalgia...... I called it the robot movie :/
That's what I called the starship groove on this. Every other (except cathedral pictures), I just shut my trap.
Anyone still watching this in like 2017 cuz it's so good
Yes
Yes.
I'M in 2019
Hello

the nostalgia from having to watch this at school
I see in 2024 ans its very incredible After 10years

This is the only occurrence where the sequel is as good as the original tbh
Very awesome!

I like this so much better than the hd one it's really good quality
Dude I'm high af who else thinks the 2nd track looks scary af 😳 dude the empty waste land behind em and they look so tall
Track 8 is on some vapor wave shit
240p at 60fps? Holy shit.
+EYTPS irk?
Bruh I forgot how much of a banger these were
The song in the cathedral sounds a bit Emerson, lake and palmerish haha but hey who doesn't like elp they are pure and utter awsomness
Daniella Robinson Because a lot of "Cathedral Pictures" is pretty much based off of "The Great Gates of Kiev"..and yes, ELP Rocks!
Well its awsome that they base this piece on elp
This stuff accidentally influenced my music taste significantly to this day
Fr, especially heavy light, I love edm now
