I love these videos. He seems like such a humble man. When he doesn't know what he's doing, he asks for help. When he gets something wrong, he owns up. One of the best chefs in the West and he's completely willing to admit that there are some things in cooking he just doesn't know shit about. So very genuine.

I'm Vietnamese and it warms my heart to see how hospitable and elated ethnic people from my hometown are to welcome you. They can feast you you decently even if they might not have much to eat, especially if you go further to countryside. I think it's a Ural. I've ridden them in Vietnam. It was a pretty harsh ride on city streets, I can't imagine what the ride is like on the country roads Gordon was on.
