The best part about Gordon is that he's still learning and he knows there are people better then him
Not better.. every chefs has their own expertise and signature dish...
@@jibelsinger So ... Basically better.
Wey what he’s saying is Gordon cooking their food, he’d struggle. Them cooking Gordon’s food, they’d struggle. So no. Not better, different.
My point is that Gordon knows he still a student and that he won't go around saying he's better
Gordon is nothing special, their are many people who cook so much better than him.
Asian cuisine is a whole other world from european cuisine. I really respect Gordon for recognising the effort, the passion and the soul put into these cuisines we eat everyday.
He has definitely done well, considering this could be his first time organising and cooking Vietnamnese food for that many people. Great respect to Gordon
And Vietnamese cuisine is different from other Asean countries’ cuisine either. That’s the reason why Gordon Ramsay love the Vietnamese cuisine and Vietnamese food! ❤️❤️❤️
Hope he dont cook Bats
@@joemom7873 Vietnam no bat foods, ok?

He's already one of the greatest chefs in the world, yet here he is, learning about more new things. Damn, that's inspiring.

@@Natures-Pathfinders he's on the end game content now.
thats why hes one of the best in the world, no one is above knowledge. Everyone can learn something from someone
"A master has failed more times than a beginner has even tried."
U live and learn every day
As a Vietnamese person who generally cooks a lot of these dishes I can say that Gordon absorbed all that information on a completely new cuisine faster than a lot of people I know, myself included
So you say that you are Vietnamese and you have to learn about your country’s cuisine ? Jeez bro
@@harrythegoodguy he means recipes
@@harrythegoodguy you have to learn from somewhere even in your own country
@@huntern4454 He thought that we are born with the knowledge
@@harrythegoodguy Vietnamese food differs from regions to regions, same as other countries. My mom still learns new recipe from other regions even though she is almost 50 already
I don't understand why people call him a mean moron who yells at people, he just loves cooking and hates when people don't take it seriously and he's always willing to learn more.
Not everyone can be a master chef, he screams his nut off at people who are trying their best in 90% of his shows, he isn't a moron but he can be very unnecessarily mean and scream at people trying their best sometimes, but you don't get to be as successful as he is in that kind of business by being nice all the time
The Fractured But Whole He has a reason for being extremely arrogant and just screaming at everyone. Especially at Hell’s Kitchen when all the competitors are professional chefs, of course he’s gonna get pissed when they’re not putting in as much effort because one of them will work for him.
1: Hell's Kitchen is over exaggerated. He's harsh, but not that insane when actually in the kitchen.
2: The people on that show are not professional chefs at all.
That's because people see how he behave on TV and assumes that's him for life.
We chefs are a bunch of hot heads and when you're in an oven temperature for almost 12hr a day and with all the air ducts and burners burning, we're very loud and obnoxious when shit goes on and that's how Gordon is. That's how he treats all the Hell's Kitchen contestants as he knows they're all experienced and these pressures should not knock them down. While on the other hand, he doesn't give too much pressure to those home cooks in Masterchef is because... As stated, they're home cooks and many had zero experience in a professional kitchen so when pressure arises, they're more panicky so dumping more chaos to them isn't helping or even testing them anything on their experience in handling pressure which they already had none when in their personal home kitchen.

Like that he's respectful of the fact that the restaurant staff aren't his to berate. Considering how Gordon can lose his cool at his own staff, he kept calm and respectful.
He never lose control over his staff. Unless you fuck up. You won't be Gordon Ramsey's staff if you fuck up
I mean, he did made 2 or 3 mistakes himself so if the service is slow, is also because of him. Also, the staff are doing what they are suppose to do so he really have no reason to yell at them. Like the skewers guy, it is hard to get good color on pork. Too much heat and the pork is raw, too little heat, it will take eternity. He know that well so he rather that guy go back and forth some times rather than burn it or serve it raw.

Does she came from the north? Cuz u need to know about this, some sectors have different taste. Maybe Vietnam's naming/nick naming is based on the individual's specialty? Not sure if that's the case, but it does sound pretty funny.
