When restaurant chefs who have everything on Kitchen Nightmares prepare shit food. Goes to the ragged streets of Vietnam, finds one woman who makes food and a sauce that blows Gordon's mind! When rougher countries have better cuisine and chefs than 9 out of 10 restaurants on Kitchen Nightmares.
I think Gordon is always pissed off by the shitty restaurants because he is familiar with the system and he knows the standards for this cuisine , but in Asia he just wanna learn something new, and that is not good idea bring different standards in these countries

A true chef never gives the full recipe away my grandma would tell me ... so I learned that you have to help them cook from beginning to end and learn yourself since almost all asian dishes are by taste and not measurements.
