I am at Bullfest 2019 cruising to Key Largo Florida and we decide to stop at a gas station rest area to get gasoline. As soon as we pull up we are met by 2 female police officers that are being very aggressive and literally tell us to hurry up and get gas and then leave! I confront both of them in this video to find out why they are being so rude to us and they continue to be unprofessional and rude to me and all of our friends getting gas. The officers try to tell us that we are not allowed to “rest” at a Rest Area, they say that people are complaining about us, we literally just pulled up and she started telling where to get gas and how to back in. You have to see this video with the 2 crazy cops.

I know right,,, We use to have a gas station and loved cars and bikes had to tell the police many times we want them here. They would get mad as if they didt want the big groups.
We welcomed all even late night highway runs guys would meet up at our station. I didt even care if they got gas just having them hang out brought more business given groups know they could come with no problems, but some owners would get mad even if every one was buying gas and stuff like I never did get it makes no sense to me.

IF I WAS THE OWNER OF THE GAS STATION THE COPS WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD TO GET AND STOP BLOCKING ENTRANCE TO STATION .
Cops basically know one thing: They tell people what to do. In her case, there were too many people to direct all at once. She was on power-trip overload, and couldn't give enough orders/directives fast enough.

As a former police officer, I can tell you that a little sugar goes a long ways. You have good cops and you have ones like these. They acted like you weren't paying customers and that you were blocking "REAL" customers from getting gas. It's called getting in line and waiting your turn. If your vehicles were 1990 Geo Metros, there wouldn't have been an issue. If I were the gas station owner, I'd appreciate your business as it wouldn't matter to me about the make of the car. If anything, I'd probably get more business just from the attraction of on-lookers.

Secondly the police only have authority if they are enforcing LAW. What was the law they were enforcing here? Couldn't have been anything related to obstructing a lane of travel because they're on private property. Tresspassing perhaps but that requires a verbal and written notice. However the police have no right to dictate how people get gas and how long they stay there as long as they're not loitering.

A gas station is private property but a public accommodation. If the gas station called the cops and wants everyone to fill and leave then the cops have every right to tell you to do so as they are working for for the gas station at the moment.
They were not working for the gas station we spoke to the gas station attendant and they did not call the police they just showed up there on their own and started barking orders at us on private property

The gas station is "private property". It is open to the "public" for commercial business. Unless there has been an accident or some other emergency on the property, such as a crash or fuel spill: that would provide the basis for a judgement for temporary exigent circumstances, the supposed "law enforcement officer" has no business telling the paying customers to get their gas and go. This company is quite familiar with the concept of the first person in the line at the gasoline pumps is the first person to be able to pump the gas and enter the convience store in order to make other purchases. I did notice signage stating "no entry" near the gasoline pumps. The gas station management does have the right to control the flow and direction of the traffic to and from the gas pumps. Other than that, there was NO justification for the trooper's actions. The first in line customer at the cashier's is likewise the first person to pay. This is a long established "social construct". The trooper needs to grow up.
