    wow seonkyoung unnie this looks amazing. i can't wait to try this out this weekend. i wanted to ask you if you have a recipe for jaenban guksu/mak guksu i am making bossam this week and i really want to have jaenban guksu with it like i see in the kdrama and the mukbangs. it looks so good the two together hope u can help me. i saw ur Jjolmyeon recipe and it look similar to jaenban guksu just different noodles but i was sure if that sauce would work or not. also at the end of the video saw u made fried rice i was wondering if u can add a raw egg before cooking that i have seen it done like that in dramas would it taste good here too?

    • @SeonkyoungLongest
      @SeonkyoungLongest  9 лет назад

      jessierad16 Funny I was planing on making Jaengban Guksu soon! For now since you are making it this weekend, you can use my Jjolmyeon sauce recipe. The tip I can give you to make it better/more like Jaengban guksu, you can add 1/2 apple grated and add into the sauce. Garnish with roasted & chopped peanuts, some raisins, finishing touch of sesame oil are delicious in Jaengban Guksu as well! :-D
      I personally not a fan of add egg into fried rice like that way, because it become too gooey for my taste. I prefer to add fried egg on top. But it's personal taste so if you want to try, you can definitely can! Everyone has different taste! :-)

    • @SeonkyoungLongest
      @SeonkyoungLongest  9 лет назад

      Nikki Herrera I bought from local Asian/Korean store. Most of Asian/Korean/Japanese market sell this type cut of meat. The cut I used in this video is for shabushabu. Or you can cut with knife by yourself carefully, it might not perfect and take some time but it will work as well.
