i wonder how much the taxes and upkeep are. If they are not a hectomillionaire or a billionaire maybe their financial situation changed. Or they want to downsize. get a smaller house.

Yes and no. Good value, but it's got a Liberace-vibe, so it needs some cosmetic renovations. Still put in about $3-5 million into renovations and it's perfect! Make sure you have a round the clock cleaning/maintaining staff too!

Considering there's $3M+ in cars alone this estate is VERY well worth the price. My favorite property shown on this channel by far. I'm a huge car guy so those cars plus the go kart track AND on a lake is nothing short of spectacular. 10/10 would buy
17mil for the house and 6.7 mil for top of the line up keep 3 to 6 months. Not for everyone! if you can rake in about 2.7 bil a year salary you will be just fine! #eliteslifestyle
I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’ve actually been to this house. My friends dad is friends with the owner and he gave us a tour of his house and took us for a ride in his 918. Got to drive the go carts to. Best day ever.
I actually work at a bowling alley lol, I’m going to college for architecture and real estate development though, but I will say, knowing how to perform maintenance on a bowling lane and the machinery behind it would be very helpful, cause it’s relatively simple, so whatever home a design for myself will have a bowling alley in it

@Mary Ray I don't like this house either. I have found that 1600-2400 sq ft is the best size of home. Any bigger than that, your family have rooms that rarely get used. I just want a nice view of the mountains, the ocean or a lake. I don't need a two story closet or bowling alley or a house that needs a map to figure out where a room is.
There are a lot of giant houses shown on architecture digest, but this seems like one of the houses that is huge but actually looks nice to live in.
I can't believe they didn't cover the Go Kart track! That is BY FAR the coolest and most unique feature of the house!

It is a beautiful but less expensive location compared to the many homes they show from California or New York where value for money is a joke.

Thats cause its in Tampa. If it was on the east side of Fl it'd be twice as much.
If sold as it is in the video, with forniture, stoves and so on, cars included, 17M$ is a fair price. Otherwise it's a NO for me.
