If there were no neighbours, the home would have been perfect. Going to that beach with neighbours also able to access it, is something I'm not a fan of. I prefer cliffside homes with the beach at the bottom of the cliff. Yeah, that's shared too with neighbours. But I know a specific Malibu home where only a handful of neighbours can access that beach at the bottom of the cliff. But, the neighbours are not always going to be on that beach, or even at the home. As they use it as a holiday home
Love seeing a tasteful home. So many of these homes at this price point and beyond are so modern and sterile. It’s nice seeing a house that resembles home.
You guys are so brainwashed lol. This house was even worse than the modern "sterile" homes. Did you not see how every single beam, wall, and accent was painted stark white? Not even a wallpaper or ANYTHING. This house is in dire need of updating and way overpriced.
@@soliloquy5995Not all wood is painted over, but a lot of "beach" homes rely on white to offset the ocean blue. I imagine it is, or was, a big decorating trend. I'd definitely add some color, at least in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and wall decor, but I love that it's not all done up in metallics, a phase that seemed to flood the mansion mindset forever!
@@soliloquy5995 Wallpaper? What kinda wallpaper you gonna put up? Pink with flowers and rainbows? The interior is fine as it is, simplicity is why cape cod homes are so charming.
My pops bought a property on oyster harbor way back in the 70’s. Great investment and now I’m in the process of rebuilding it from the ground up to make a classic cape home again.
Thats awesome! Did a lot of work out there painting. its crazy to see some of these videos and recognize some of the properties, the area is amazing and so are the oysters that sometimes you can get right out some of the properties lol
I’m very picky when it comes to the homes I like. But this one hits all the right spots. Wow, what a beautiful home. I love how big all the bedrooms are, I can imagine my kids having the best memories here.
Even though the home is 15,000 sq ft, it still maintains a high degree of livability, integrity, and charm. This is what makes New England homes so desirable!
Yea the interior for sure is a classic Massachusetts home. Certainly not to that scale. But when I think of living in MA, this house is what I think of
I love this home, It feels cozy and warm, like a real home. Some of these homes are so sterile and stark and decorated in a modern style, but this house is inviting!
This house is beautiful! There are few times $30,000,000 feel like $30,000,000 homes, but this one does. It is so homey and beautiful. There are neighbors but they aren't super close. The architecture is amazing and the SPACE is lovely. With the gym, massage room, beach, offices, etc, you wouldn't really need to leave home for a lot! It's great for people who have the means for comfort but are a little more introverted. This place gives off a sense of wealth, peace, family, and traditional business.
This home is wonderful. It has been gracefully planned out with tasteful touches throughout. I love everything about this house from top to bottom. Colours are perfect, rooms are perfect, and the location is peaceful. Simply put, a lovely home...
Stunning beauty! Love everything about this home. Would love to see part 2 with details on how many staff/chefs employed by owner, how often is the yard landscaped/cleaned up (twice a week, etc.)... and what type of security does this home have. Your videographer did a FANTASTIC job on this video!!!
A house manager 3 guards 2 shifts (full time) Landscape three days a week (contractors) One butler (full time) 5 house keepers (morning time) from 9 to 12 (contractors) Nanny for your kids In this scenario the staff house will be for the house manager, the butler and the nanny. The other staff will come to work from their homes. And the cost will be about 5% of the house cost 1.5 million a year. Give or take. Didn’t mention the swimming pool maintenance and the utilities.
Erik, you said this home feels like a home, which didn’t surprise me because it looks so cozy and inviting. It’s definitely one of my favs of all the homes you toured. Thanks!! 👍🙏💪
My favorite thing in the kitchen is that little door where you can keep the dog out yeeeeaaazzzah… just super cute. I like the guest house better than the big house only because that’s a big ass house. I like the coziness of the guest house.
This is a beautiful, stately home, Erik, and the location is stunning. Your tour quality is continually excellent, and I appreciate the details you take the time to highlight. The owners probably asked you to do so, but allow me to compliment you for removing your shoes. One should always remove their shoes in another’s home, unless specifically told it’s not necessary.
It such a big house, but it still looks like a place you actually can live in - if that makes sense. It looks homey, so even though it's fancy it looks livable.
ive seen this house before and i got really excited when i saw this video. i am really interested in architecture and stuff like that. and just recently my family has started telling me how they lived (my grandparents and my mother that is) and i was flabbergasted. so my grandparents used to own a home on the north bay (like 2 min from here, same town) that they built and my dream is to be able to be successful enough to live there one day. anyway the funny part is that the house to the right of this is actually my grandparents friends house. ive only been to osterville once just to look at my grandparents old house from afar lol. anyway i love this house and this area is really cool :D
I'm familiar with a lot of the subcontractors and tradesmen that worked on this house. It was done right. The owner is a engineer and made his money in the aircraft industry. Very curious about everything, friendly, down to earth. The framing contractor was old school, do it right. Someone's getting a solid house.
I also want to compliment you on the video itself. I love the way it was filmed - I like the transitions you did, I like the juxtaposition inside and outside, outside and inside. I enjoyed that!! I think your first camera guy was panning a little too fast, as the other camera guy was caught in the frame. But even still, I enjoyed the filming method as much as the content.
I love the Hampton homes. They seem like they are so much more welcoming and comfy than LA or NYC homes. Those are a lot more cold and museum style homes, these you can see yourself living in.
spent my childhood weekends with my family at an awesome place in Hyannis. Life slows down at the cape...compared to Boston at least. Probably the same pace as California but feels better given its proximity to the craziness
The house is a beauty indeed. My only concern would be the obvious flood zone location and the ongoing beach/sand erosion that is taking place in Nantucket and many beaches in the N.E.
Alright, I'd move there the colors are exactly what I am hoping to have in my home one day. I love that great room and the gym and having it all included if you buy the house is just awesome! I mean this is an unfathomable amount of money but dang it sure looks good. I'd love to have a grand breakfast here with a group of friends or family :) I absolutely love the wood flooring and the rugs and all that!
So many of the luxury estates for the super rich just don't look that great, and I'm almost always asking myself at the end of the video how the hell the house is worth so much... but not this one.... this is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen in my life!!
This is a beautiful estate! But the only thing I’d change was the toilet and bidet in what was referred to as the “her” side of the primary bathroom. It just seemed weird seeing the bidet and toilet out in the open right next to the beautiful tub. For a bathroom that size I think they should be in their own little private space.
I saw this video earlier and wanted to re-watch it and just couldn't find it. I was going through channel listings Enes, Producer Mike, AD, Serhant like crazy. I finally found this after typing *Martha's Vineyard enes* LMAO.
Who's moving to Cape Cod?
hello bro please reply me you are awesome bro
I’m only $30M short!

I am only 3000 dollars short
Fantastic house 😃!!
But I wouldn't want to live in cape cod 😐.
This is literally my dream home! It's so beautiful and spacious but still feels like a home, for once actually worth the high price point!
This house is in dire need of updating and way overpriced.
totally agree. I was just commenting that as well, it looks like a place you can actually live in.
I love it that, despite the immense square footage, it does have a very livable feeling to it.

Now that’s a smart investment. Best of luck.
Congratulations! Many happy years and memories….❤
My grandma has a home in Osterville! Good luck on your rebuild ❤

Man!! the balcony outside the office has a “king of the world” feel
I love this home, It feels cozy and warm, like a real home. Some of these homes are so sterile and stark and decorated in a modern style, but this house is inviting!
Miss the way that people would build HOMES these are timeless masterpieces. And built to last. Absolutely stunning

😂
Just sold in June of 2024. This is a great home. It was a race between winning the lottery and buying it and somebody else buying it.
There will be other homes when your lottery win comes in.
Floors and generally all wood pieces in this home are on another level, truly amazing.
I loved the ending. Stepping onto the terrace and saying, "You can't help but think to yourself: Life is pretty damn good!". Boss ending.
geniunely one of the best houses on this channel, im speechless.
This home is wonderful. It has been gracefully planned out with tasteful touches throughout. I love everything about this house from top to bottom. Colours are perfect, rooms are perfect, and the location is peaceful. Simply put, a lovely home...
What a beautiful home. It’s so nice to see a home with warmth and personality.
It's cozy
Classic Massachusetts style home. Certainly not every home is to that scale but when I think of living here, I think of the interior of this house.
Reminds me of a classic New England home

They gonna need security as the food collapse starts and the violence spills to every corner of America
Classic, understated elegance perfectly, meticulously well done. I wouldn't change a thing.
The symmetry of this home is immaculate.
You are right about our times and, I hope that we will recover soon... Best to you all.
Erik, you said this home feels like a home, which didn’t surprise me because it looks so cozy and inviting. It’s definitely one of my favs of all the homes you toured. Thanks!! 👍🙏💪
Its just absolutely mind blowing.

i could watch that 100 times !! Beautiful !

It's a summer home.

This is not a Hampton home or a NYC home, nor a LA home
This house is on Nantucket Island
Look at that ocean & that pool!
Very nice. This house has character and soul, and it looks like a HOME.
Absolutely gorgeous ❤
Stunning. Absolutely amazing. If I had $700MM to $1Bil in net worth I would probably purchase this property.
It is well decorated. Very homey and not so cold.
Wow that is truly amazing 🤩❤

That yard is made for some serious holiday football.
I really, really love this home. 😊
Love this home Ive toured it several times

It feels like home :) ♡♡♡
“Everyone’s equal here”
My bank balance begs to differ.
So very very beautiful.
I think this is my new favorite house.
So amazing. Yes, I thinks it’s worth 30 mil.
Not to gody the perfect mix of warm and homey while still incorporating modern/useful features, perfect
Oh to dream of such a home
HEARTBEAT...IN DREAMS...WITH THAT ONLY HEARTBEAT...AMAZING GRACE...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤...HEARTBEAT ANYWHERE WITH YOU FEELS LIKE HOME TO ME...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤...
So many of the luxury estates for the super rich just don't look that great, and I'm almost always asking myself at the end of the video how the hell the house is worth so much...
but not this one....
this is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen in my life!!
"When you get a place like this trust me you aren't watching TV". Proceeds to immediately walk into a room with a giant TV.
HEY E!!! HAVE A BLESSED WEEK!!!
Beautiful home 😍 once again 😀
you really did save the best for last 👏🏾
This will be an awesome video
Beautiful !
And by the way, you have a French Rugby player twin with the same mustache : Charles Ollivon ! 😄
Erik..Now we are Talking! This is a Beautiful Property! Nothing outrageous or gaudy …This home is truly well done and great taste decor!
I appreciate when they don't forget the window in the shower (I take hot showers but tend to suffocate from the fog)
One of the best houses I have ever seen!!!
This right here is awesome! Much better than anything on Billionaire's Row! Asking price should be higher!
This is a beautiful property- well worth the 30M. ❤
beautiful
Exquisite !.... from top to bottom ❤
Beautiful! But it's just too risky living on the waters edge.
4:20 I was ready to peak my nose inside and see wine bottles aligned till kingdom come. Oh well. Wuff.
Erik who is your Tailor?
A New Company Called ..Sears, Roebuck & Co. 😜
Ugh I wish I was born 400 years ago and just could take a plat of land that's now worth 30 million, handed down through generations.
The plot of land itself is not worth $30,000,000 - that’s including the massive mansion built on it which I doubt was there 400 years ago
I almost said me too 😂 Had to think of what I would have been doing 400 years ago
But yeah, that generational wealth sounds nice.
Bruh you have one of the absolute best camera men ever.
I saw this video earlier and wanted to re-watch it and just couldn't find it. I was going through channel listings Enes, Producer Mike, AD, Serhant like crazy. I finally found this after typing *Martha's Vineyard enes* LMAO.
Thaks for another great tour. Keep up the greatwork.
Lol, I have had many beach houses and I'm still watching TV. You still have down time and hangover recovery time.
best buying on island of Nantucket
erik you make really cool tour but some
time you miss few detail
Beautiful home. The monthly maintenance bill is on that property must be high.
Love your videosssss
thanks !
I'm not rich "yet" and I can't afford a walking shower in this mansion, but this is house is amazing for its view, design, price and all
It’s like the Montage Hotel on any coasts. As finely appointed as it is, I prefer modern.
This is stunning!! So tasteful ❤❤❤
My mother loves Cape Cod. Mine.
My favorite house 🏡
Love this but there are harsh winters.
Success is based on your own efforts. Never give up ❤😘🌹 Have a good day 💖💞 ✌🥰
very grand indeed.
Wonder what your heating bill would be to warm this home
I'm rarely speechless and I've watched this channel since the beginning
I am without speech right now
Great tour!
0:56 funny how the ultra rich don't seem to care about "rising sea levels" 😂😂
Beautiful home
Хорошо что есть адрес можно на карте посмотреть расположение и все что с ним связано! очень удобно
Let's go Erik! Hope you're well. I'll watch this video later with a nice cup of coffee. ☕️
Again you've outdone yourself 🎉❤ amazingly amazing
My question is how much is the water bill in the light bill?
Love this house
