    He is the Chief Executive Officer of Leapfrog, one of the premium software company of United States . Himal led large teams at Motorola as well as enterprise applications and supply chain manufacturing at Oracle. Himal has extensive experience leading the development and delivery of large enterprise software projects. Previously, he was the VP of Engineering at VeriskHealth (division of Verisk Analytics, a publicly traded company) until its acquisition, and started and has grown two of the most successful software technology companies in Nepal. He has a bachelors and masters in EECS from MIT, and is known for his eternal optimism and his habit of successfully juggling three things at once.     Nepal can't compete in manufacturing sector as it is landlocked but can definitely compete for IT.
    Government should focus and subsidize IT companies.

    We certainly need to bank on our resilience and typical Nepali traits that have empowered our lives to live peacefully with each other and laugh. These qualities have certainly been underestimated for too long. Thank you for the inspirational vision.

    What do you think the reason is ?
    It’s because very less Youths aspire to be an Entrepreneur in Nepal !
    Most of the people come from Village and they do not understand English well,
