That's cause he was high as hell on h for this concert 😂 You can see the redness in his eyes. This was the best sounding show they ever did live I think. Phenomenal!!
I find it hilarious and tragically ironic that Kurt always said he never wanted to be famous, and yet every single time he knew he was being filmed for posterity he went full rockstar... The whole band was on point, this is one of the best live concert dvds out there
You should never ever apologies for who you are. I hope the young kids today learn that integrity is the most important virtue you can have.. Don't try to blend in.

I never thought of Nirvana as a consistently good live act. But this is definitely one of their best live gigs from top to bottom. Everyone was on top form that night especially Kurt.
"I'm 42, approaching 43, born in '82. Whenever I hear Nirvana's 'All Apologies' again, I almost... I'm even on the verge of tears because this band has changed my life so much. This song exudes something strong and beautiful, reminding me of unforgettable moments from my youth with this music playing in the background. Nirvana remains and will always be one of the greatest rock bands of all time for me
We will see that All Apologies feels the same, because that song is a feeling that pours out from fellow human beings who always feel sad and happy. As an answer to a human who rarely shares his feelings, only in his songs can we find part of his life.
His smile at the end is real. And for an instant I think he was happy in his heart. I understand, Kurt. The music business is brutal. You give and give and give, and sometimes you will find others out there that will, too. But so many others just take. Makes it really hard to just play loud and have fun. I pray you are in a good place. I hate heroin more than anything else on Earth.
Kurt, it saddens your fans that you left so soon! Your talent is beyond amazing! Lately, I have been reminiscing back to the 90' when for me music was my escape! It still is today, but music has changed so much in 2020 among other things! I hope you're at peace and just know you will never be forgotten and your music still lives on!!!😘 and btw, no one will ever rock a cardigan sweater like you!!!!!
Trying to explain the aura Kurt had on a generation of outcasts and misfits in the 90s is impossible. After his death, many people including my Brother felt hopeless and followed him in Death. He had a magnetic soul that had the ability after such a short time in the spotlight to completely draw you in. The raw pain he portrayed through his music was haunting and completely defined a generation. I always think of how Christ 2000 years ago touched the masses and can't help but draw a comparison to the effect he had on the masses in the 90s. He was a special human being and we were so lucky to get to experience him and witness the beautiful person he was.
