    Advice please! My face will be about 9 feet away from the TV. My TV use will be evenly split between gaming on the Switch (SDR), streaming movies/Netflix, and streaming RUclips. Total TV time will average 10 hours per week or less. Unfortunately, the perfect TV you posted a month ago slipped by before I could get it on Prime day (the 77" A80J for only $2000 which is my budget).
    The three TV's I'm primarily considering are
    A) $1500 Hisense - 75" Class U8H Series Quantum ULED 4K UHD Smart Google TV
    B) $1900 Samsung - 65” Class S95B OLED 4K Smart Tizen TV
    C) $1500 Sony - 75" Class BRAVIA XR X90K 4K HDR Full Array LED Google TV
    Biggest concern going non-Sony is whether the upscaling for the Switch will be too lackluster. So S95B looks ideal, except that it's only 65".

    What cabling do you use when you run in-wall? I’ve had a lot of issues with HDMI cables longer than 10’ and also when I have to run them through the wall… Any recommendations on the best HDMI 2.1 cables that are strong and flexible enough to pull through wall reliably and without interference from nearby power cables?

    Thanks for the great video and info. I too have been thinking about getting a bigger TV. I bought my first LG OLED about 6 years ago. Think its the C65C7P and loved it until now. Starting to get screen burn. A known issue that most don't talk about or don't know about until years later. Have these OLEDs gotten better with this issue?

    • @MTGApollo

      Oleds have definitely evolved since than, and 6 years is a pretty long life span for an oled😄

      @@MTGApollo I have a 10 year old plasma TV and remember a similar burn-in issue being talked about back then for them. It was way cheaper than the OLEDs of today. Why should a $3k TV not be expected to last longer than measly 6 years?

    Hey B, I enjoy your reviews and respect your opinion. Question, I’ve got a 77” LG B2 that I’m about to return, I’m not happy with the processing of SDR and unfortunately that’s the majority of my viewing as a big time sports fan. Just curious, how much better is the processor of this Sony? Is the Sony better then the LG C2 as well? Thanks

    • @ownerr8441
      @ownerr8441 Год назад +3

      For all the OLED I know the SDR will not process or show as clean as you might like. Due to the instant response time, judders and artifacts are never prefect. You mentioned two things "sports" and "sdr" both of those are much better on a QLED, so if you watch mostly SDR contents then QLED is the better choice, for 4K/HDR and in a dark environment then OLED is good. Just my opinion and what I have encountered testing OLED, QLED and LED/LCD.
