You have the hitch receiver in your Frunk in the square box, every X had them

I’d test the trailer on another vehicle to see if the trailer wiring is good and if not working on your Plaid setup a service call on your app

@@evdave528 trailer lights work great when connected to another vehicle. Will setup a service call. Also tried a Curt led converter plug but with no luck.

Make sure the reverie is free of dirt and debris. If you crank the rotating knob all the way and then insert that worked for me

Doesn't work, what a piece of crap trailer hitch I get with my super fancy car. Unable to tell what causes it to retract once pushed into the top. It worked twice but is now broken.

Doubt that it’s broken. I’ve used mine lots. The rotating knob retracts the retaining balls. Rotate the knob all the way then insert
