Just because he works his ass off in the gym day in and day out doesn't mean he is on drugs. If you watch other videos he stated he has been lifting for over 15 years
Adrian Martinez he’s on drugs. Don’t be an imbecile. You know nothing of biology if you think otherwise. He’s still a great guy though and a warrior, and I love what he does.
@@magnificentmask9601 You could take an infinite supply of drugs, high quality proteins and fuel, train with the best coaches in the world and you STILL wouldn't hit these numbers. I tried to imitate this guy the other day at my gym. I looked really stupid wearing my weight belt and sniffing cat piss with 90 pounds on the bar.....but I nailed it...just sayin.
“Up, Out!”, and that’d be the last you heard of me. The bar would travel through my body, leaving only remnants of what I once was. No body. No soul. Just memories.
The ending always gets to me. Steve silently standing up & walking away with his eyes red, sounds of laughter & joy fading, becoming distant memories. Or maybe it's just my insomnia.
I still remember when I first saw Steve benching in your video, "Benching Beasts," and I was honestly in awe of how easily he was moving such insane weights. It's not even like he's bench only, incredible!

Warming up before EACH workout activity is smart. Whatever your age or condition, going through the motions ---light weights or no weights---of each movement is a good injury preventative. Of course, anyone can start a strenuous activity COLD. But the chances of injury become greater if you do.

Stay thirsty my friends, shalowam.
I found out from my chiropractor I had jaw tension because of weak hip flexors. My tell was lurching my head forward when I benched (common reaction to weak hip flexors). Curious if Steve has the same ailment?
i sucked in bench press but dumbbells i was pretty strong i look at it now older wiser i was doing it all wrong but thats what happens when you are training yourself from a teen to a grown man
No shit , he could have hit a double with that if not a triple. Very good lifter with proper form and that's why he can hit it . FORM. Love to see good form on all lifts. The reps will come and you have to to each rep the same every time no matter the weight.
Baxter James , i lift raw, the question on anything that slides over a bending human joint tightly is how much not if. you may not believe it but it definitely helps the movement.
Even one of the strongest benchers on earth still warms up with the bar. Take notes guys
take notes on the massive drug use
MAGNIFICENT MASK lol tf even if he takes gear that’s not the point. Not having a huge ego and being smart about lifting and your body is the point.

My lifetime deadlift goal
My lifetime DL goal smashed on bench 😭
Braxton W i guess the lesson here is to think/dream bigger

Jir Kawa Thats a losers mindset. Never limit yourself ever, dream big and work harder.
Kalvin Kataria most everyone who's male and above 170lbs are likely more than capable genetically to pull more than 600lbs after years of work..
Kalvin Kataria if you aim unrealistically high and fall short, you still tend to get further than the people that limit themselves with what's 'realistic'
600 was a smoke show! On a side note, I'm always happy and smiling if I do something in the gym. He just seemed mad
Worldwide Darts yeah he always looks like that.
You don't get to this level without being completely focused and 100% serious when lifting. I believe you're confusing mad with concentration.

I hate peole who always smile. They have more problems than people who dont.Serial killers and Scotty Kilmer.
Nice to see people benching heavy without these ridiculous arches I have been seeing online recently :) Keep up the good work :)
Some damn good music playing in that gym . No bad days here !

Steve I hope you get your 600lb competition bench on April 7th.
Rip
I wish my gym had that kind of music... I mean pantera, metallica, gnr acdc even. I usually get mumble rap and miley cyrus smh
I hear you...
Screw metal. I want lil john

Love the music they got going in the back
Nice work Steve, big bench coming
Those elbows looks sick with the black and green. Wish Mark had wrists, knees and belt that matched. I would buy it all.
pestyoverlord I have knee sleeves that match those elbow sleeves
supertraining06 I luv u guys!
this video reminds me when you brought the best lifters to your channel, miss the good old days
Your strength is amazing ! How many reps can you do with the ihuniu 120 kg power twister? Have a great day.

Damn!! 600 was cake to him, congratulations man.
this steve guy benchpresses 330lbs like I bench 135. thanks for crushing my ego
I’d be happy to bench half of that lol what a beast
look at smokeys happy face at the very end.... such a happy boy
I just now noticed how narrow his grip is. Especially considering how wide his shoulders are. Crazy strong.
Dagan Williams arm dominant body - using that to his advantage.
That's raw power
Hell Yeah ! All business ! no Homie this Homie that....Put some Rock N Roll Music in and Crush 600 !!
Nice gym im sick to listening "despacito" when i left my headphones in home...
They playing shit good shit in the back ground
What’s Steve’s MaX bench?? 600 lbs looked like a damn stroll in the park.
I found out from my chiropractor I had jaw tension because of weak hip flexors. My tell was lurching my head forward when I benched (common reaction to weak hip flexors). Curious if Steve has the same ailment?
Eric spoto hit that 600×6, good lift guy.
Did that with no issues!
Great video any benching tips
Dude props on the 330 real talk
You get nothing but respect from me
Pantera is also an essential part of the exercise. #walk!
Love how they bench with regular grip width.
This is more than all my compound lifts combined.
you hella weak than
Did you made sure you had your shots before touching those weights?
RE! SPECT! WALK!
What did you say?!
Just asking but is it crucial to wear belts over 3 plates for bench ?
Into a gym workout do you do bench touch n go PR or always with a pause?
did you see Tiny Meekers 750 raw and overload equipped bench to single board with 1420 lb?? i mean he got a legit 1200 equipped bench.
Respect.
You know it’s a real gym when you hear Pantera and Metallica in the background
@5:05 that music came on SHIT JUST GOT REAL!!
good stuff!!!!!!!!
When will you be having James Strickland over?
i sucked in bench press but dumbbells i was pretty strong i look at it now older wiser i was doing it all wrong but thats what happens when you are training yourself from a teen to a grown man
love watching tht guy
I slam a protein shake before I bench, that way people know I'm serious!!!!
Hell yeah Steve!

Wheels just did 625 2 times hes a beast i like larry wheels
Hell yeah... So cool..
Are they wearing shirts?
Steve's got hidden strength
This mans bench warm up is heavier than most peoples deadlift!!
They make that shit look easy 😦
This man is really a strong man
Comparing him to the fat strong guys, he is the winner because he is not fat it’s simple
Whats that white thing behind his ear? Is it one of those passedout wake up poppers
Paul Briseno Its something that smells really strong so he gets hyped up or something like that
They listen to some good fucking music at this gym!!!
Did he find those weight plates in a museum ? Rusted AF
Wish my gym played music like this...
Guy at my gym benchpress 700lbsx2 im not sure what is his max...but with 610 i saw him do 6 reps😲...idk how this guys do it...
Steve is a great Giant..🤗
FOR WHOM THE BELL TOLLS
First impression was damn this is a big dude
Many years ago I use to have to tie weights onto the end of my bar to get 550
Smoked it!
how much do the sleeves add to your max?
Baxter James , i lift raw, the question on anything that slides over a bending human joint tightly is how much not if. you may not believe it but it definitely helps the movement.
Nice music (acdc and metallica) are my 2 favorite bands :)
Mark my words... some day I'll be able to deadlift this.
Can this dude beat the current record holder record of 738lbs ???
what kind of gear is he on?
