      MAGNIFICENT MASK lol tf even if he takes gear that’s not the point. Not having a huge ego and being smart about lifting and your body is the point.

    • @AdrianMartinez-nw7il
      @AdrianMartinez-nw7il 6 лет назад +10

      Just because he works his ass off in the gym day in and day out doesn't mean he is on drugs. If you watch other videos he stated he has been lifting for over 15 years

    • @marcusb553
      @marcusb553 6 лет назад +28

      Adrian Martinez he’s on drugs. Don’t be an imbecile. You know nothing of biology if you think otherwise. He’s still a great guy though and a warrior, and I love what he does.

      @@magnificentmask9601 You could take an infinite supply of drugs, high quality proteins and fuel, train with the best coaches in the world and you STILL wouldn't hit these numbers. Everybody at the highest level of sports is juicing and only the elite of that group are reaching these heights. Go to the gym and stop whining you insufferable lout.

    I tried to imitate this guy the other day at my gym. I looked really stupid wearing my weight belt and sniffing cat piss with 90 pounds on the bar.....but I nailed it...just sayin.

  • @senslei3947
    @senslei3947 5 лет назад +44

    “Up, Out!”, and that’d be the last you heard of me. The bar would travel through my body, leaving only remnants of what I once was. No body. No soul. Just memories.

  • @ypherrist2792
    @ypherrist2792 2 года назад +10

    The ending always gets to me. Steve silently standing up & walking away with his eyes red, sounds of laughter & joy fading, becoming distant memories.
    Or maybe it's just my insomnia.

    Warming up before EACH workout activity is smart. Whatever your age or condition, going through the motions ---light weights or no weights---of each movement is a good injury preventative. Of course, anyone can start a strenuous activity COLD. But the chances of injury become greater if you do.

    Crazy part is as strong as he is there's always someone stronger, I watch a guy I know on my fb friends list recently post a video of him deadlifting 663 like it was 2000lbs and I'm like okay....thats not bad but it ain't the end all be all so then I take to youtube and see if there are guys benching 600 or more and sure enough there was a big black guy kinda chubby benching 600 for 7 reps and then Larry wheels benching 500 for 20 and I'm just thinking may we all stay humble for there's always someone stronger but great work reaching your goals guys and gals but remember it's all vanity at the end of the day and if the father chooses to do so he can strip us of our strength because we make our own bodies an idol and spend more time in the gym than we do in the word... Stay thirsty my friends, shalowam.
