In my opinion this is one of the BeST Bench Videos we have ever produced at Super Training Gym. We smash all the major point of the bench press. With in the confines of a 30 minute workout we make Marc Lobeliner bench more weight without pain!
+supertraining06 I've looked on your website but can't find anything about how to wash the STrong Knee sleeves. Mine are beginning to get a bit stinky and need a clean. Should I just hand wash them or can I chuck them in the machine? Really love your videos and products!
Great job ... never too much Bench technique. Mark, you going after the 600 was very motivational. I had not benched 400 Raw in a meet since early 2104. After watching your 600 effort, I was inspired to get back and hit 410 at a meet in February (not bad for a 53 year old). Thanks for all you do with training videos, the Power Project, Power Magazine and the Sling Shot (all Master lifters should have one).
I am in 9 th grade and I struggled with benching. My max last week was 140 and today I tried this method and got to 185. Thank you so much mark this really helped
Best video on benching tips that i have ever seen. Positioning and trap engagement along with the weight position in the hands are gold standard knowledge that everyone should know.
Thanks to videos like this and my SLINGSHOT my bench keeps going up. I jut hit a meet PR on my raw bench last weekend. I am 54 years old and got Raw 551 pounds on my bench easily at my last meet. 560 is next and eventually 600. I just started lifting at 51 and powerlifting at 52 so this is all exciting for me. Rock on and keep up the great videos.
Amazed that this video isn't instantly in the millions for views considering everyone wants "big pecks, big paychecks". On the serious note, this is by far the best "tutorial" for fixing anyone's bench press. Keep up the amazing content.
best chest video I've ever watched mainly because u guys talked the whole time about what ur doing and why. and showed hoe to really position urself when doing flat bench and what it really looks like thanks
Thanks for the tips. This video is the only video I have been able to locate that is specific to the technique of the bench press. From an explanation of the hand grip to explaining the difference between benching with a wide grip and using a wide grip but tucking the elbows in, you provide a great visual of the proper bench. It si a great reminder for those of us who have lifted over 30 years of the basics and how anyone can stray off the path to a proper lift.
Seriously, Mark, your channel is pumping out so much content that's more useful than 90% of the high priced things on the market. You are doing this for free, and it amazes me every time that you do it the way you do, You are helping a lot of people with your videos and I personally think it is just fair from us to give back to you to the best of our ability, which is sharing your videos and when looking for equipment to purchase it for you, since they are all awesome pieces, I have the blue Slingshot and the Camo Wraps myself :)
Naturally I'm short and slightly heavy but I'm a runner who doesn't want to look like a runner. I used to train as a powelftet and I still use that in my training today when I do gym work and not on the road. I take so much inspiration from Mark Bell and this video just helped me a ton to improve my bench press which I never used to enjoy. So, thank you guys.
Love these guys, it's like great powerlifting information, comedy and entertainment all in one, couldn't ask for better!!!!! YOU GUY'S ROCK!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT VIDEOS AND STAY STRONG!!!!
Thanks bro your videos are some of the best videos! Most videos rant on and on and talk about irrelevant stuff but your videos are tangible and educational toward progression love it God Bless you
THANK GOD! I Have Been Waiting For Another New Training Vid lol my night time routine is watching a couple of your vids before bed and iv been watching old vids just cause there were no newer ones
All hail Mark!!! But seriously you guys have have increased my bench so much thanks to all the content and slingshot gear. Id probably still be grinding out sets of 225 if it wasnt for youz guyz!
Mark Lobliner is a very strong man with a great physique. Great diet and he knows his stuff with fat loss. He does not look like a lot of heavy lifters with high body fat. This video contains valuable information. My 365 bench and 375 will change just from watching thanks guys.
+Angel Amador its taken me about 4 months, at aroud 155 pounds body weight, but im happy to say that from a set of ten i did with 205 i think my max should be about 275, which is de not anything great but i really couldnt have done even this without the helpful videos these guys put out, oh and the slow mo deadlift tutorial helped me a ton as well,
+Angel Amador i also have to take into acount that diring the entire 4 months i was bulking cause i weighed about 142 so you know how when you get bigger strenght comes faster, but now the progress is kinda slowing down so once i stall, i think ill do an actual bench program written by someone as opposed to just doing what i feel is good.
Lmao when lobloiner got all fkn strapped up, didn't like his show that much but now I mite subscribe, funny dude man. Found him quite respectful and humble to these guys too.
Second week doing STronger in 30 days. I haven't had sore pecs in years. Been lifting for around 26 to 27 years and this was an awesome bench day! Big props! Go out and get more STrongereST!
Honestly, while I was taking a shit today I was thinking about how great it would be if there was a new "How to BP" video by ST. I experience nasty inflammation of my long biceps tendon nearly each BP session. Great vid, greatest channel on YT. Would love to visit Mark and Mike to learn the donut press from them.
I want to say that I followed the tips in this video and it worked. I could barely do 3 reps of 225. I followed these tips and I did 7 reps instantly. just getting the elbow position was worth it.
dude i just seen your brothers documentry on your family, and wow i loved it, i found your page first but that film gave me a different understanding of you , im a fan a will foreve will be. keeep up the good work
"Bench off your traps" best advice ever...I remember doing that by accident when I used to bench press heavy and I cracked out about 8 more reps but I though it was wrong to do it that way and feared injury........my 1 rep max was probably 80 lbs heavier than I thought.
I get that you guys don't like mark. I don't pertically like him that much either. But the information in this video is golden. You can't get this information anywhere else on RUclips. Thumbs up for me
Why didn't they play this on the news media when they got all upset about Donald Trump when Billy Bush had the mic secretly on? They are much, much worse!!! Don't they know that some people might be getting offended? Like good Christian women? Start listening at 18:30...Mark Bell started it this time. Mark Lobeliner took the bait. The other guy had to stand there and listen to it...
You guys are funny. I'm almost 60 and I've competed for a least 30 years. I hope I can end up with a 350 at the end of my life. I've done 450 at 220. but I'm really freaking beat up now 35 yrs as a RN and 21 yrs in the Us Air Force. Your show is great. Russ Ohio
Ya, the Sling Shot is very cool indeed. It doesn't replace your regular hard sets. But what a great thing to help you on your last +1 set. It just feels great. Also when my shoulders really hurt and I can't seem to get 1 push up do to tightness or pain the Sling Shot can help you do like a million push ups and that is a nice warm up before bench.
Great video. You continue to refine your technique on the bench press tutorial. I pick up different things here and there from all the different ones you have done. I find this one to be the best so far. I have used the slingshot before and it's an amazing product that works perfect.
Some of this is is mainly for powerlifting not bodybuilding. You want to pull the bar together at the top of your positive phase but the negative phase taught here is very important for both powerlifting and bodybuilding
Great vid! I feel very weak when I have my shoulder blades/traps squeezed together, but I found out that if I contract my lats when lifting my shoulders feel a lot more stable.
this is without dowt the most entertaining funniest and best advice bench press video ever!!!!! as I'm typing this I'm still laughing my ass off....the dingle berry conversation killed me!!!!! fucking hilarious guys!!!!!!!
Love watching these videos! Gets me pumped and pumped!! I need to make a trip to he strongest gym in the world!! I'm currently waiting for my gangsta wraps and strong knees sleeves!!! My idols!!!
liked because my love for mark bell is greater than my hate for marc lobliner. #trueloveisgreater
lol this is so right
+sizeOVERstrength Why do people hate lobliner?
+Medonja he claims natty and swears by it. claims that he has to go on DAT der gear to get to a normal state. so he's on cycle now
+Andrew Cramer plus he sells a load of bullshit worthless supplements
get a life
In my opinion this is one of the BeST Bench Videos we have ever produced at Super Training Gym. We smash all the major point of the bench press. With in the confines of a 30 minute workout we make Marc Lobeliner bench more weight without pain!
Huge fan of ST! But you keep spelling Marc Pocketliners last name wrong
+supertraining06 Video was informative and hilarious, thanks for the upload.

Yes, it's really good educational video, cheers mates! Now the bodybuilders can take a shot whit insulin and get they post workout meals :D
+supertraining06 been watching your video's for a long time and this one is the most basic and informative video yet.
It's great to see someone seen as a bodybuilder be so open to other philosophies of training. Nice work Marc!
Bodybuilders can definitely learn a ton of powerlifters and reverse. Great tips throughout the video, thanks guys!

I never thought I could learn as much from a video talking about dingle berries and rectal bleeding. Thanks Supertraining06
Mark Bell I must say really knows his weightlifting. This video was very informative and shows you the safe way to bench press. Thanks Mark
Long video, but I loved seeing Mark and Marc. Both of you bring your own unique perspectives. Thank you.
vid was so good, time flew by felt like it was 10 mins but was 29 mins.
Thanks for the tips. This video is the only video I have been able to locate that is specific to the technique of the bench press. Excellent content
That is, hands down, the best benching video I have ever seen. #respect Why have I only just found this? Cheers from across the pond!

I swear Mike and Bell cracks me up so much

Love the fun sarcasm ,along with great true and tried tips..old school vibe and fun as well ..they way it should be..
Your bench videos have really helped me out, i have gone from a 185 bench max to 265, and in every rep i remember your cues
How long did that take you? And how much do you weigh?
+Angel Amador its taken me about 4 months, at aroud 155 pounds body weight, but im happy to say that from a set of ten i did with 205 i think my max should be about 275, which is de not anything great but i really couldnt have done even this without the helpful videos these guys put out, oh and the slow mo deadlift tutorial helped me a ton as well,

"You look really strong, maybe we should add a little weight or something". Fucking savage, I love his comments.

This was forreal the funniest tip video i have watched. the humor was just great lol.
