Bonjour Theo. The food looks absolutely delicious 😍. This seems to be a very popular restaurant, with so many customers. Thanks for taking us along. You guys did a great job. ❤
From the USA. I was shocked to see waffles and chicken from the southeast of the USA, the avocado toast from the west coast of the USA - California, Pancakes are adored by everyone across the USA. : tres Bien" did I get that right? The Italian toast looked very interesting. I would have liked to try it and your cucumber mint drink..

Hi Theo, I’m loving your videos and appreciate the time and effort you put into them, and they are definitely going to make me better prepared for my trip to Paris this year for the festive period of Christmas 24, and New Year 25. Since you featured the chicken and waffle as one of the dishes, and you mentioned that you thought it might be Cajun or a Louisiana type of food, and since I’m from New Orleans, Louisiana, I thought I would chime in, if that’s ok. As I mentioned I am from New Orleans. Much of my father’s side of our family is from a city outside of New Orleans called Morgan City. A lot of people will debate which areas of Louisiana are “true” Cajun areas or cities of the state, but Morgan city is one of the areas of the state that is considered Cajun. I don’t consider myself Cajun, because of growing up in New Orleans, but I definitely have family members (aunts, uncles, cousins), that are Cajun. Chicken and waffles is not specific to Louisiana, and it is not Cajun. It is a Southern thing, as in, it is mostly found in the Southern most states of the US. And while almost all southern states in the US (Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina) will have restaurants that sell chicken and waffles, several other surrounding states (Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee) will also have restaurants that offer chicken and waffles. So it is more of a southern thing, not necessarily specific to Louisiana or Cajun cuisine. Lastly, and this is just a random side note. My 5th great grand father was the first Barbier (my sir name) who was not from the US and Louisiana, but rather, he was born in Versailles France. His parents (my 6th great grandfather) and his siblings, all were born, lived , and died in Versailles.
Pesto with burrata is really good!
It's one of the best combo ❤️
Looks very good! There`re a lot of good foods in Paris. I want to go there again. I like the atmosphere of Place du Tertre in Montmartre.
I love this place too !
It must be a dream for a restaurant to have queues like this. When so many places struggle sometimes to fill their tables. This is the hope and dream.
looks absolutely terrific, montmartre is my favorite for cafes in general.
It's such a wonderful district !
