Theo thank you very much for sharing the most impressive ramen in Paris with us. It’s not broth, we usually named it as ‘soup base’ which mainly cooked for long hours with chicken bones or pork bones and vegetables. Yes you are correct, taste the soup base first, then the toppings and ramen later 🎉

Gabrielle, you were in Kobe, Japan! I was surprised. I live in Kyoto, and I sometimes work in Kobe.
anyway It was really a delicious looking ramen! I am happy that Japanese culture is being accepted in Paris. In London, Spirited Away is being performed on stage. I would like to go there again. thanks for nice video! Merci!😀

Delicieuse very authentic Japanese ramen, thank u for sharing it wth us Theo ,we generally make it at home as we get spicy ramen noodles 🍜 n den we kind of build it up wth toppings like spinach, chilli oil, sesame seeds, eggs, n mushrooms, chicken or meat n it tastes too yummy , n sooooo spicy, take care n a demain👋👋
