From the USA. I love the vintage "look" of this cafe. I have never seen pancake like that before. I would like to try them. Theo when you described the french toach, you kept saying a word that I did not understand. It sounded like "water" but why would they put water on the french toast? Theo when you go to a new cafe would you kindly state what arrondesment the cafe is located in? Thank you.
Bonjour Theo. Thanks for taking us along to this beautiful cafe. All the food looks very delicious but I do wish, they had served one course/dish at a time. The tiny table looked overcrowded and I was hoping the dessert plate🥧 would not topple off! You guys did a great job though. 👌Nice review.
Theo I wish when I went to Paris I knew about this place. It was the day after we had landed and we were jet lag. By the time we woke up we could not find a place where we could have breakfast. What are considered breakfast hours in Paris?

He’s saying burrata. It’s the type of cheese inside the French toast.
I think the word was Burrata, yes, it's an Italian cheese, like a creamy mozzarella
