Hi. Been looking at the UK GOV website and it's very complicated. I'm changing my paper license for the card version by post and it says I'm going to need to send off my birth certificate, get my picture signed and a few other things but in your video it says that you only need to send the picture (no need to be signed?), cheque for £20 and the paper licence. I'm a born and bred UK citizen so are those 3 things in your video all I need to send off. Thank you
Well I called DVLA this morning and you must also send your birth certificate, confirmation of identity and get your photo signed by the same person who counter signed the form

Yes. Photo signed. Get the d1 and go through it. You have to send the original documents off
