    No engine? Ugh, I do not envy you! Amazing how fast "I'll have the anchor down in an hour" changes to "I guess I'll be awake all night chasing puppy yawn winds trying to stay off the rocks ."

      @@romeowhiskey1146 engine 😉 though for most people it's the same thing.
      Mine is a ancient isuzu 240c diesel. Probably from 1960s.
      The engine has been sitting for over 3 years as this SV was abandoned due to covid.
      I opened the tappet cover to pour a little oil in to lubricate it and discovered broken valve spring. At this stage I've removed all electrical wiring and haven't rewired it.
      I'm trying to borrow money to get it rebuilt.
      9000 hours on the clock. Along with the broken spring has me concerned about how much life's left in it.
      If I can't borrow money to rebuild I'll install a new spring.
      Wiring is a mess. This project has been a year of struggles and stress but I'm still moving forward knowing the day I set sail it will all be worthwhile.
