- I have shown before the assembly, but perhaps this one is with more details.
Additionally, I have a different cap for the main spring- which will allow installation of the stock.
FOR ALL OF THE CONCERNED- this will protect my eye from the spring guide - not that it would ever matter: I am not planning to shoot this contraption , even from the hip.
Not in this tyrannical universe anyway.

Yes, it was improvisational and built using existing plumbing parts and their standard measurements. For instance 1/2” x 8” threaded steel plumbing nipple for the receiver. Th end cap, trunnion ( if I were to make one) are simply corresponding 1/2” threaded fittings.
Thanks for watching. This project if you watch all the videos is not a difficult to emulate without any plans, if one has mechanical inclination and skills.
Весьма интересная конструкция П/П со свободным затвором! Сразу же видны простота и технологичность.
Однако, недостаток конструкции это выходящая из ствольной коробки направляюшая при откате затвора в крайнее заднее положение. Поскольку из-за этого при стрельбе возникает риск травмирования стрелка при отсутствии плечевого упора.
Все правильно . Это временный компромисс.
У оригинального Уру, как и у ППС43 пружина тонкая на направляющей и проходит сбоку( ППС) или сверху(Уру) затвора избегая контакта с УСМ. Я вначале хотел проще, пружину диаметра на всю коробку, как у Стена или других простейших ПП. Но из-за специфики УСМ подобного УРУ , пружина тормозилась шепталом одиночного огня( задний бугорок) и пришлось уменьшить диаметр пружины и поместить ее на направляющую- которая выходит наружу.
Я собираюсь переделать аналогично ППС, но чтоб ручка затвора держала направляющую и тонкую пружину. Нет времени пока да и желания…

Thanks. I build improvisationally. Never make blue prints. If you watch many of my videos- it,s clear. I do not hands-on teach. Capable mechanics can decypher the builds just by looking.

What forearm workouts do you do
Not much of specific forearm work. However- try to hold weights w/o wraps when do back exercises, changing grips: palms up or down. And also do reverse or hammer biceps curls to focus on forearms

Народ легко строит модульное оружие- AR15, SIG, GLOCK и другие, но куча ограничений , закалебаешься регистрировать. Свободный затвор и магазин как намёк на конверсию в автомат- забудь
У вас там, распечатывают на 3д приниерах много интересных вещей !

Посмотрите все мои видео на канале об этом ПП. В первом эпизоде я дал ссылку на 2 видео показывающие механизм и стрельбу реального бразильского УРУ 9мм. Я скопировал УСУ в точности. В двух словах на курке 2 бугра- передний - боевой взвод, задний- разъединительный который ловит затвор на откате при нажатом пальце- отпустив курок затвор соскакивает ~ 10 mm вперёд на взводной бугор. Это одиночными. При очередями- переключатель огня опускает задний бугор ниже затвора. Тот продолжает туда сюда пока не отпустишь или патроны закончатся. Все это видно в моих и чужих видео.
Помните, это открытый затвор, самый простой- фиксированный боёк на его передней части: поднял патрон и загоняя его а ствол- пробил капсюль .

@@yilmazbozkurt6952are you asking what is the diameter of the drop in trigger pin and selector switch? They both started as 7/16”. If you asking how many pins holding everything together- 3: 1) trigger pin, 2) selector switch3 ) rear plunger that locks upper and lower receivers.
I don,t count 2 little screws that hold the trigger flat spring and the bolt that holds the pistol grip.
The Forgotten Weapons channel on RUclips has a video of how this trigger functions. Look up his video on the Brazilian gun this is modeled after.
The build quality on this piece is quite good for a homebrew mechanism.

Спасибо. Все сделано как говорится на коленке. Использовал болгарку, сверлильный станок, дремел, напильники, наждак.
размерны исходных метериалов в американском стандарте подходили друг к другу без нужды токарить.
Магазин строить нет смысла и очень непросто - многие профессиональные компании использовали уже существующие доведенные и чужие магазины- от этого зависела надежность.
Я использовал магазин от винтовки Хеклер-Кох 270( культовая штука)

@@STEINBVG Flipped mirror would account for a right handed person holding a gun left handed but it doesn't change a right hand thread into a left hand thread or does it?
I may have to screw a nut and bolt together in front of a mirror to see.
I figured you just used a propane fitting you had laying around but that still would have required a left hand die to thread the back of the reciever. They do make and sell left hand taps and dies but you probably won't be buying one at a local hardware store.
I have watched the Forgotten Weapons video on this sub-gun and prefer the original recoil spring design.

Ох и мудреная конструкция, слишком много мелких запчастей, механик молодец но это неудобное оружие если нужно быстро разобрать и собрать
1) неполная разборка для чистки предполагает разбор верхней коробки, затвора, боевой пружины. Все нижнее остается нетронутым. Выкручивается задняя гайка и все.
2) всего 20 частей при разборке полностью. Покажите мне оружие где меньше??? И он разбираются без инструментов.
3) Бразильский Уру с которого делался этот образец считается самым простым ПП.

I,m not sure what you,re looking at, but the brass nut that represents the barrel ( nonfunctional) is screwed on the front of upper ( round ) receiver which houses the bolt , main spring etc.
The lower receiver, square tube , houses the fire control group and mag well/release. Watch other videos on the topic, it will be clearer. Thanks

Я очень люблю историю строения оружия и мотоциклов , первые попытки , шикарные находки начала 20 века, обаяние стимпанк. Поэтому мои поделки в этом стиле , а кроме того моя примитивная технология гармонично приводит к такой эстетике.Посмотрите мой бобер Rough’N’Raw- Грубый и Неотесанный. Я не очень люблю обсосанную аэродинамичную эстетику пластика…

If you look at many of my videos, I'm a scholar of mechanics, period. I don;t care to even to ride my custom bikes,[ once I know they are mechanically sound and fully operationsl] or shoot guns[ I mean my modifications on legal registered weapons] ..The mechanical engineering of parts, solving mechanical puzzles, trouble shoot, invent, improvise is my passion. And guns are just an excellent media/ canvas/clay for the artistic self expression. But building' guns' from scratch- has legal restrictions and limitations.
BTW, I can do wood work, but i'm too impatient and wood is not as forgiving as metal for my explosive character.

Sorry, no. It,s been asked and answered many times. I do not give away blue prints or teach step by step. I share general ideas in mechanical and gun engineering. People with adequate skills in the area easily can emulate or copy my work by simply looking at videos and reading the descriptions. The information provided there is sufficient for them- capable , skillful and creative people who I believe won,t use them for evil.
Nobody teaches me , but I watch and read. By the way, I have learned a lot from the guys in the Central and South America who a good at making guns from nothing and with minimal tooling. There are quite a few sites where they share their craft the same way I do.
