    Can I apply this method for working out?? I really need some extra support when working out, such as curls, presses, etc... If not, what's the best method to support a wrist when lifting heavy weights?

    wow that is awesome it almost looks like how pro wrestlers tape their hands! i never knew though that this is why ppl tape their hands, i never knew it was to prevent injury, i always thought ppl taped their hands for style of how it looks! great frikkin job man! texas a&m one of the best forgotten colleges for football
