    Hello and thank you so much for your time Happy Holidays to all, cause I woke up with a tinnitus spike that was so unbearable this morning, so this helps with what iam learning to do, iam doing CBT, sound Therapy, going to the gym daily, and using my hearing aid in left ear, don't have it in right ear yet, it gets hard sometimes to use my tools cause the ringing is so loud for so long, I do use Zen Cortex drops, check it out to see if this is something you want to include with your Therapy, this video answers a lot of my questions, I love all of you who suffer from this cause it's no joke, I pray that we all get some relief, may God continue to bless you

    In the morning's my tinnitus is horrible. It's so loud, and it's like it has a rhythm of music. I turn on a fan, and then my tinnitus gets the rhythm of that. It drives me crazy. I cry almost daily. I tell myself I can make it simply because I want to.
    I had a ruptured ear drum and was hoping so much after having ear surgery, it might help. Now, 4 months past the surgery, it's louder than ever until sometimes it's hard to breath. It's hard to do the ADL like, mowing, shopping, brushing my teeth, driving my car. This Christmas I want be attending family get togethers because I can't handle loud noises. The look on my husband's face breaks my heart because he loves Christmas time. And for the right right reasons.
    I'm praying for everyone facing this horrible mess that they find a cure .

      Did you already try the sound therapy from treble health? it didnt cure the tinnitus for me, but it made it lower. Also, search for tinnitus 13K, tinnitus 8K, there are different sounds that make the tinnitus disappear. Start something NOW, dont wait.

    I live in Canada, and when it gets real cold, my tinnitus gets louder. Last few nights it has been really cold, and tonight it is going down to -20C. My tinnitus is bad right now and has been for the last few days. I have been living with this since I was a little girl. The hissing is mainly in my left ear. When I was five years old I was in a car accident and that's when it started. Your channel is excellent. I thank you for all this great information.

    I'm wondering if you all have heard of the following. I've had peripheral neuropathy (idiopathic) in my feet for two decades. The volume of my tinnitus (ringing) would increase significantly about 30 seconds before my feet started burning, and the high volume persisted as long as my feet burned. Until recently, when I took gabapentin for my burning feet, my tinnitus would subside at the same time my feet stopped burning. But lately, my tinnitus is constant and very loud. I'm also having a rumbling in my left ear (which has had long term hearing loss) whenever I touch certain parts of my face. I can hear both the ringing and rumbling at the same time. I had an MRI on Friday to investigate what's going on. Incidentally, I had anticipated that the extremely loud MRI equipment would drown out the ringing, but the ringing just got louder. It was interesting that this phenomenon was addressed in this video.

    One I thing I noticed. Last week I had the flue. So I was a bit more stuck in my house. I am someone who loves to be outdoors. I now noticed my tinnitus being louder. I am not sure if it's due to the fact my whole way of living the last week has changed but personally I think that's the reason. I don't feel happy because I haven't been outside as much and some days not at all (I always go outside every day for a nice walk), I have been in bed more with fever, I have less of an appetite so I ate less. But particulary not going outside is something that has always bugged me and now with tinnitus even more. I need that break and natture (as far as there is nature in a city of course).

      Its the sinuses, thats what mine is, my ears are plugged as a result. I can confirm this by plugging my nose and blowing and this stops the tinnitus but also really clears up the sound I hear, everything becomes clearer. Unfortunately when i stop blowing the pressure comes back. Thats where i think you have to get at the root cause. I found some videos with exercises that stretch neck/jaw muscles that relieve your sinuses and therefore your negative ear pressure and hopefully your tinnitus. Is something related to pressure, not being able to flush out the negative pressure due to clogging of a tube that connects your sinus to you ear. Probably why when you had a flu it got worse because this pressure increased.

    • @mikejones-vd3fg
      @mikejones-vd3fg 18 дней назад

      I think its because if your tinnitus is ear pressure/sinus related, drinking can clear your sinuses and reduce it. I think mine is anyways because when i close my nose and blow it stops, and my sound clears up, even those my ears are clean i think the tube that clear the pressure is clogged, perhaps drinking can clear it up, I dont drink anymore, but will have some this new years so ill let you know how alcohol did in my case.

    I’ve had tinnitus for two years, always mild to moderate, mostly moderate. EXCEPT- when I travel to Thailand or Philippines, it virtually goes away. Is it allergies? I’m going for testing. When I get back to Las Vegas where I live, it returns.

    • @MrAlihanarica
      @MrAlihanarica 11 дней назад

      Could you share the results of allergy test you might have? I am asking this because I feel the same way the allergy is triggered when there is a stress in the body so once it is triggered you need cortisonsteroid to stop it, but it is not always the case, or the allergens that you have at your habitat were not existing in Thailand or Philippines. Btw, watch out mythes and other living allergens so make your sleeping room refrehed every morning and change the case of pillows frequently.

      Thats good you're dealing with it psychologically, however i found some good neck /jaw stretches that could help relieve it physically if thats the problem, something to do with ear pressure not being able to clear and having tight muscles and therefore closed sinuses can be the cause. I can relieve mine by plugging my nose and blowing for example but the pressure comes back once i stop, so i know its a physical think , not just mental. Maybe others can find relief with some physical exercises that release pressure around the neck/jaw and sinuses and hopefully your tinnitus.

      Go in silent place even tho it's loud and scary. This is the only way to prevent further damage from your ears and lessen the auditory input in your ears causing further excitement of nerves.
