Have had tinnitus since December of 2023. Saw an ENT specialist to determine my hearing, which was all good no sign of hearing loss. Some weeks easier than others but STRESS is HUGE and can intensify the tinnitus. Praying for anyone who is searching for help.
For me being outside in nature, physical activity, any back ground noise (in quiet times), some type of mindful meditation, and spending time with family & friends; has been incredibly helpful when my tinnitus has been more noticeable from day to day.
    Appreciate everyone thank you!

I can absolutely confirm that Tinnitus gets better, when I first had it or probably still have it, it was worse when I constantly thought about it, now I just don't care and slowly that ringing sound just started getting quieter or maybe am just used to it to the point of not being bothered by it. Truth is, even when I concentrate I cant hear it, so I don't know how it got better gents, maybe power of suggestion and prayer and acceptance. Wish everyone the best!!! And please exercise, I started working out, and some times maybe after weeks I do get a ringing sound for like a few seconds then it goes, I can be in a quiet room and still nothing, some times I get the ringing sound when I use Airpods, but it only last for maybe 30 mins.

Tinnitus does get better. I acquired it in the Fall of 2020. I scheduled calls with Dr Ben Thompson and his guidance and treatment methods were so helpful. I rarely notice it now. I was worried that my quality of life would be over, but it’s not. The less you worry and fixate on it the better it gets. I kept myself busy and also did a lot of relaxation meditations. It”s a 1 out of 10 now. It use to be a 8 out of 10 for the first year and a half, but that was my fault.

I went to an ENT who told me to ignore it, then went to an audiologist who tried to scam me out of 3500 for CBT-no hearing aids or sound machine-just CBT for 3500, paid upfront. Gave me the cost after making me sit through a 2 hour presentation on how the brain works. I still feel like I should report him for taking advantage of sufferers. I felt so hopeless after that but thankfully, I’ve gotten better on my own with time. Hope it goes away completely someday, but I have quiet days now.

I was transferred to a Seattle location sight unseen, was made to work in a 9'x9' room with large freezers taking up most of the space. First month in I started wearing ear plugs, then gun range headphones. Second month tried to work outside the room as much as possible, third month despite pleading to management had to quit. I found out the girl I took over for had not one but two brain surgeries! She is only in her thirties, I was furious. I feel stupid for not quitting immediately, have constant tinnenitis.

I have somatic tinnitus that’s almost completely gone after physical therapy (massaging, stretching and strength exercises and compound exercises)
Interestingly enough, it started after prolonged stress, bad posture and low muscle stability on my lower back and trapezius region.
Did a hearing test and I do have some hearing loss around the 6Khz range, which also incidentally is the frequency of my tinnitus.
So my hypothesis is that it was triggered by several factors, and my hearing loss impacted how it behaved.
It’s been around 7 months now and I’m definitely at stage 4 of habituation.
It’s almost not there anymore and I haven’t used masking at all for the past month.

My tinnitus has gotten so bad that it has induced a panic attack. The most important things I’ve done to limit it and usually eliminate it:
    1) got a good quality hearing aid. My tinnitus instantaneously usually goes down about 50% the second I put it on. And then the lower volume of it helps me to ignore it completely most of the time.
    2) realizing that tinnitus is exacerbated by stress and anxiety. This means that the loudness of it will decrease the less you worry about it. If the noise causes you stress, it creates feedback loop. The good news is this feedback loop doesn’t last forever.
    3) relaxing my jaw muscles.
    4) realized it will not always be loud. The fear of it being chronic makes it chronic.
The instantaneous remedy is the hearing aid. The other remedies will help tremendously, but take practice at changing your mindset.

I heard tinnitus is the body crying for help. A human needs 8 hours of sleep, 45 minutes of excersize 5 days a week, and to be free of stress and anxiety. And to avoid sugar, caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. And sometimes its not even you, its the world that makes the so difficult to get better.

It’s not caused by 5G or any EMF.
It can’t, cause EMFs don’t have the capacity to affect us in that way. If they did, any EMF would affect us, including visible light (which is EMF as well)
What’s more likely is it’s caused by anxiety and stress precisely because you’re afraid of EMF.

5G doesn't cause tinnitus. It has been an issue for humans for thousands of years. It's not new. I also have 13-14khz tinnitus. Stress causes it. Very loud noises cause it. Some antibiotics can cause it. High levels of tyramine may cause it for some, along w sinus headaches, but 5G doesn't cause it.
Meditation helps, because it lowers stress.

More often than not, a patient with tinnitus may find out they have hearing loss they were not aware of until an auditory test. They thought their hearing was normal.
Tinnitus feels like it is happening between our ears, so we assume it has to do with hearing.
Definitely, it is an imbalance in the neck and head region. We have to be patient with ourselves, listen to our body, and be aware of what ailments we have been experiencing.
I have an enlarged submandibular salivary gland that affected my Eustachian tube, sleep, comfort, and sleep positions. Now, I am dealing with Tinnitus, and I believe it is all connected.

Many people who experience tinnitus have some degree of hair cell damage in their cochlea (hearing loss). Though we can often determine if tinnitus is cochlear, somatic or central, there are still many people who have idiopathic tinnitus, meaning we cannot specify an underlying cause.

@@jaystilo8387People like Me? Listen, my friend, we are all in the same boat if we are watching this video & have tinnitus. Tinnitus can come from ear damage/hearing loss, stress and anxiety, jaw & neck problems, AND a combination of all these things. Since tinnitus comes from the brain, it is a neurological condition. Sometimes, our stress & anxiety can makes the neurons overfire in our brain which causes the tinnitus. Another thing: Our acoustic nerve is at the back of our brain. Sometimes a rare neuroma can form on the acoustic nerve which can cause tinnitus; not trying to scare you😂 but if you claim to Not have ear damage/hearing loss, have you ever went to go get an MRI of the head & neck? Did you ever have a hearing test by an ENT? I did. If yourself don't have ear damage & conclude that your tinnitus was from stress and anxiety, hence the reason it is down to a 5 now, very good for you. Otherwise no one, including me is trying to scare anyone here, just expressing our frustration of having to constantly live with a sound from our brain/ears, wishing one day to not just have a reduction in tinnitus, but to hear complete SILENCE.

Ginkgo Biloba works by placebo. So if you try it and you feel it works, it’s gonna work.
Scientifically though, there’s no evidence it has any effect at all.
Better stick to tried and tested and measurable treatments such as masking and habituation is the best bet.
Also, do strength exercises as it lower stress and calms the body down.

Why are these blogs Soooo long winded. If there was an easy answer we who suffer would all know about it. I’ve leant Not to panic and rush to A & E any more after years of suffering. I now acknowledge it and ignore it. I have it permanently and know I must live with it. It could be worse think of people who are Much worse off with more serious illnesses. Then it’s not Sooo bad so that helps. Life goes on we have down days but they do not last. Nature and fulfilment in life help me to cope. If upset or stressed it will be worse but it DOES NOT last. Nights are the worse but sound therapy is the to help. THE MORE WE THINK ABOUT IT AND AKNOWLEDGE IT THE MORE STRESSFUL IT IS🙄 So focus on something else immediately. Thinking of you all we are in this together it is Not life threatening so we must just get on with it.😁😁😉😉
