So if you saw my other video about runtime loss, you saw that it dropped down as low as 42 minutes due to one battery failing while the other still had juice remaining. I sent it off to warranty, and had a brand new 12.0 battery in my hands the next week. I can report that I mowed yesterday (4/7/24) and runtime for both batteries was an even 66 minutes. The "good" 2 year old battery performed equal to the brand new 12.0.
Had my M18 for about 1 year now and it's by far my favorite mower. Everything about is quality and fun to use. I havent used my Honda HRX217 since. I put the highlift blade on it and cut quality is outstanding. My only minor gripe would be the mulch plug doesnt fir well and leaks clipping. I dont mulch much so no big deal but they should design a plug a little better. Run time is great and operates well and the drive system is buttery smooth unlike other brands I have used. Steep price but definitely my favorite.
I've read complaints about the mulch plug leaking, but mine doesn't leak at all. I will likely try the high lift blade at some point just to see if it will keep my mower from going into high lift mode so frequently in the peak summer thickness
@@BlueOvalTavern I also take a quick hand file to the blade before each mow while still installed and give it a quick file. Keeps the blade in good shape.
Thats a good mower when it works. I bought one and it would cut out after rolling 2 feet. I returned it immediately got another one and after 6 hours of use it did the same thing and returned that one too. To pay $1100.00 and have problems is a no go.I'm glad I didn't sell my Honda. Good luck with yours.
I seem to recall this being an issue in a batch or two in the Milwaukee groups last summer. I've had mine for 14 months now and it's been flawless so far.
Mine is about 10 days old and would not work after about two feet. Right out of the box. Milwaukee wants me to take this defective mower to the next town over, about 45 minutes, in my compact car. First they were going to send me a FEDEX label, then changed their mind and told me to take this BRAND BEW MOWER to a service center. I have never been so unhappy with a mower.
I bought one off ebay brand new. If your looking at the front of the mower. The left front tire is higher than the right. If i push it on the concrete drive way and stop real quick. The left one will just free spin like it's not even touching the ground. Have you had any problems with your front tires doing that?
I've never noticed that, but admittedly havent had it on concrete much. I'll be dusting it off next week for the first mowing of the season, so I'll check it out
to my knowledge, the only blade height adjustment is by using the handle on the side. If that doesn't go low enough for you, I think it is what it is. But mine is a bulldozer on height #1.

Thank you!
Very welcome... thanks for watching!
You forgot about the room it's saves when you put away vertically no fuel and oil no mess
This is a real advantage that people forget to say.

I just checked mine out on a level concrete pad and mine is perfectly straight.
Can you lower the blade? Mine doesn't cut low enough

It seems all battery mowers only cut 20mm or above.
