I can't even do most of these stretches, because it hurts my fingers and wrists. I went to see my dr about it and he didn't take me seriously at all, only checked to see if there was swelling in my hands (which there isn't, I'd already told him), didn't have me do any exercises or whatever to see where it hurt and when. So frustrating ☹️
i really need this i practice handstand daily and now i can do handstand without wall but the problem is when my legs reach the sky i cant hold for more than 2 secs what should i do??
