I love all of your warm-up videos (movement goals, holy cow!), and you have a great teaching style and really unique approach to Calisthenics that's way more in-depth and approachable than a lot of the stuff that dominates the fitness feeds. The emphasis you place on overall health and mobility is also so refreshing, and is encouraging me to approach my workouts with a different mindset. Thank you!
You are freaking super strong!!! I like your videos, I don't know why you don't have a trillion subs. I haven't really searched well but, would you mind making a human flag tutorial? I can do muscle ups, pistol squats, and handstands but flags are something that I just can't do.
Dunno about you, but it’s all the rage here in my home town Fry’s (Kroger). They even have hand-wipes following your hand-stand grocery shopping trips. Lovely!
Upper body strength, core strength and control, mental calmness, shoulder mobility, joint strength and flexibility. And you get to wave at people with your feet!
