Love that beautiful sunlight in the room, even I want to go for a walk. I’ve been absent for a while because of trail running events, and I accidentally hurt my wrist while slipped one step going down hill and tried to stop the fall by pushing my palm into the ground, no sharp pain at that moment, but can not hold my body weight for 3 weeks, feel the pain when I tried and I stopped. Check by the doctor, nothing serious, no problem with bone, and getting better each day. I will come back spending sometime from the basics, and this warm up would come in handy. Dear Natalie, I am happy to report that I am coming back, have tried to review day1-9 in 3days and feel no pain nor discomfort in the wrist so far. I will go through the 30days as review while strengthening my wrists and I did my core work during the injury period. Hope to get back to Vimeo course soon.
@@jochunho That sounds really good. The Vimeo course has a wrist strengthening exercise with rolling a stick between your hands back and forth. That exercise is an excellent one for strentghtening the wrists, try to do it every day.

The cat should provide you with just as much Chi as the dog. She may climb on you though ;)
