Pumpkin Chili and Quick Amish Cinnamon Bread

- Amish Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients for 2 loaves
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups Sugar
Cream Together
Add:
2 eggs and mix
1 Tbs Vanilla
2 cups buttermilk
4 cups flour, 1 at a time
1 tsp baking soda
Mix well, scraping down sides. Pour into a greased loaf pans.
Mix 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon.
Sprinkle 1/2 sugar mixture on top of batter and swirl in. Add remaining mixture to top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 mins.

Im writing that bread recipe down!! Thats the kinda bread i can make 😂 i liked you were able to half it to one loaf too.
I just bought the stuff to make chili. Its warmed back up a bit but going to get cooler by the weekend.
I put crackers in my chili. But i love to mix peanut butter and Dark Karo syrup together and eat on the side. Weve always done that since i was little.
I love the baby items from the shower. That was a great idea. I just know you and Chris are over the moon!

Hey girl! When you said peanut butter it reminds me that Chris eats tomato soup with Ritz crackers and peanut butter. I'm a grilled cheese girl. You can make that bread.. so easy!!

I stopped using crushed or diced tomatoes in my chili. I now use tomato juice. Pinto beans instead of kidney beans and a touch of cumin. It was good enough to win the chili cook off at church. So many people mentioned they liked mine because it didn’t have chunks.
