Bagels, Cookies and Pasta Oh My!

Ingredients for the Pasta:
4 1/2 cups or 100 g AP Flour
5 - 6 eggs
2 tsp salt
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo:
1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
32 oz heavy whipping cream or
32 oz whole milk (use whole stick of butter if using plain milk)
1 1/2 tbs garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups cups raw baby spinach
4-5 cups cooked chicken (I used thighs), shredded
Fettucine noodles...store bought or make yourself!
Melt cream cheese and butter together. Add cream and stir or whisk until cream cheese has no clumps. Stir constantly. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and cheeses. Once cheeses are melted add spinach and chicken and stir for a couple of minutes, take off heat. Add cooked noodles and pour into casserole dish or oven safe bowl. Top with additional cheese and bake at 350 until cheese on top is melted.
